JOB SUMMARY:

This Job Description defines minimum standards of performance and skills required to function as an Account Manager (AM). Also referred to as “Collections Manager”. In addition to these minimum standards, each AM must be willing to identify and perform task which contribute to the overall mission of the Rent-2-Own business and its relationship with our valued customers. * This position is accountable for managing a group of customer accounts and achieving established levels of revenue and collection rates. The AM must take direction from his or her Manager on late customers and then follow the procedures for managing the account immediately. * A continuing challenge for the AM is to maintain firm control over the late customers while providing a high level of customer service. * The AM must be able to communicate and use the knowledge of “The Program”, terms of the agreement, and legal collection requirements, as well as the product feature and benefits while working with the customers. * The AM must manage the paperwork and computer documentation associated with the customer’s accounts and will also deliver and retrieving products to and from the homes of our customers. * It should be noted to all prospective AM applicants, this task can sometimes create stressful situations. Assist the customers with rental order forms and conducting proper order form verifications. Â

Receives product into the store by following the proper inventory receiving and transfer procedures

ISFTA - International Sports & Fitness Trainers Association is holding its last Instructor Development Course in Florida for the next 6 months. We are looking for fitness professionals to become instructors for our Certified Personal Trainer course.

As an ISFTA instructor, you will be able to certify individuals as certified personal trainers once they complete all course objectives and pass the exam. Here is a basic idea of how this works:

After completion of the IDC, you will be a certified independent instructor. Your students can come from anywhere....the gym you work at, placing ads on Craigslist, personal referrals, etc. ISFTA also sets up some classes that you might be asked to be the instructor for. For each person that you complete the training with, you get paid $150.00 If you set up a group of 5 people, you make $750.00, etc.

This position is exciting, fun, and a great addition to your resume, therefore, our standards are high and to qualify, you must meet the following requirements :

1. A.A , A.S. or higher in exercise related field.
2. At least 3 years verified as a personal trainer.

Our 240 cow grass-based seasonal dairy operation has an opening for a person to milk and feed cows in the Athens Ohio area. Housing is provided as part of the pay: you must live on-farm. Training provided.

Duties-
Milk 10-times per week in our rapid-throughput New Zealand-style parlor March 1 thru Dec. 23. Mastitis detection and treatment. Keep parlor, milkhouse, and premises clean and compliant with Ohio Dept. of Agriculture regulations. Learn grass management and set pasture fences daily. Feed stored forage with tractor when grass is not growing. Keep holding lot at parlor clean. Maintain parlor chemical inventory.
• Calving: March 1 thru April 30. No time off- you will work a lot of hours, often in harsh weather.
• Winter: (Dec. 23 dry off until March 1) work on fenceline maintenance, feed hay.

Schedule-
Your work schedule will be determined weekly in co-operation with the manager, providing flexibility.
Compensation-

Job description:
NPSG Preparation:
1. Review Patient request form orders and protocols for study.
2. Review pertinent information in patient chart.
3. Communicate with ordering physician to clarify unclear orders and update physician (per protocol) of patient status in a clear, concise manner.
4. Administer appropriate questionnaires to patients, give tour, brief explanation of procedures for evening.
5. Calibrate sleep systems, and ancillary equipment (CPAP, oximeters, etc.), as well as troubleshooting any problem areas during calibrations.
6. Select and change montages on sleep systems as appropriate
7. Interview patient to assess current medications, recent caffeine or alcohol ingestion, current sleep pattern, need for treatment intervention during testing, or need to discontinue medication for testing purposes.
8. Measure and apply EEG electrodes according to the international 10-20 system.
9. Score polysomnograms according to criteria laid out by The AASM Manual for the Scoring of Sleep and Associated Events: Rules, Terminology, and Technical Specifications.
10. Place and securely attach electrodes for EOG, EMG, and EKG.
11. Place and securely attach recording devices to measure airflow, respiratory effort, snores, and oximetry.
12. Perform physiological calibrations and make appropriate equipment adjustments.
13. Educate and acclimate the patient to CPAP/BiLevel pressure and apparatus. Correctly fit the patient with a mask.

Tasks during NPSG: 1. Monitor the PSG and document significant clinical and physiological
Events.
2. Recognize equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot as necessary.
3. Recognize physiological vs. mechanical artifact and troubleshoot each with as little disruption to the rest as possible.
4. Document all activities in correct manner according to protocol including: Medication administration and reason for order, NCPAP/O2 titration changes and why, half hour annotations for SaO2-Sleep Stages-Snore Level-Breathing impairment-EKG Stability/Dysrhythmias interaction with patient, patient position/activity observations, intervention, troubleshooting changes, and physician notification.

Tasks following NPSG
1. Remove electrodes and clean/calibrate all ancillary equipment according to protocols.
2. Interview patient about NPSG results, administer appropriate questionnaires, arrange information for review, and review pertinent information with daytime staff as needed
3. Prepare studies properly for interpreting physician

Patient and Equipment Safety
1. Clean and disinfect equipment according to protocol.
2. Recognize emergency situations related to EKG, cataplexy, seizure, respiratory events, etc.
3. Respond to emergency events in the correct manner according to CPR training and protocol.
4. Comply with Universal Infection Control Procedures.
5. Ensure safety and welfare of all patients, including those pediatric and psychiatric patients with special needs.
6. Monitor medication flow.

Supervisory Tasks
1. Monitors patients’ NPSG as well as progress, making necessary corrections according to protocol and procedure.
2. Instruct, aid, appease, comfort, and monitor patients as needed.
3 Inform Regional Manager and/or Interpreting Physician of pertinent events during previous NPSGs (records or events demanding immediate
attention) monitors and updates Records Management.
3. Perform all necessary tasks to keep laboratory compliant with AASM standards
4. Maintain 10 CME hours per year.
5. Any other tasks required by management

Administrative Associate (Athens, Ohio)

Administrative associate needed for a high-profile non-profit.

Duties include: greeting visitors, answering the phone, creating correspondence, planning events, scheduling meetings, maintaining the office calendar and a website, answering email requests and general office duties. Previous experience in a professional office setting, strong customer service attitude and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

This is a temporary position starting ASAP and with a schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with a ½-hour for lunch. The wage will be $9.00/hour.

Assistant Economic Developer (Athens, Ohio)

The newly formed Athens County Economic Development Council is seeking a full-time assistant economic developer.

This position will involve coordinating site visits, building and maintaining relationships with prospects as well as organizations and businesses throughout the county.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of business principles, especially small business, have the ability to lead committees and various other kinds of groups and meetings, the ability to coordinate and motivate volunteers, multi-task, be self-motivated, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and have experience in economic development, chamber of commerce, and/or related experience including marketing and project management work.

A bachelor`s degree in related field or equivalent experience required. The salary range is $30-36K and a benefits package will be offered.
