Leaky Cold Water Line (Athens (East Side))

I recently installed a waterline to the refrigerator by using a kit from Lowe's and tapping into the thin copper cold water line under the kitchen sink. Everything was fine for about twenty-four hours, but then I heard the "hissing" of a spray of water coming from under the sink. When I checked, not only did the newly tapped line all of a sudden leak, but there was also now a second leak that had sprung lower down the cold water line, behind the cold water shut off knob.

The two leaks are less than a foot apart on the same copper water line. I want to know how much you're going to charge to fix it. I'm not interested in "how much you charge per hour" or "its $x, but will cost you $y if I need to get another part..."-- just quote me a price, we can agree to it, and then I'll have you over to fix it. Thanks.
