Most trainers charge $25 for just 30 minutes! Some charge $40-60 per hours! I know you want to get to your goal, but can you really afford this? Plus, do you really need to pay that high of a price to get what you need? WHAT IF YOU COULD PAY LESS AND GET BETTER RESULTS? Let's face it, you are not going to find the holy grail in just one or two meetings with a trainer no matter who they are, and no matter what they tell you. So... SAVE YOUR MONEY, and RUN when you hear that kind of talk! The opposite is also true... watch out for trainers who charge too little. This means that they are most likely inexperience or desperate! People who are desperate will tell you anything you want to hear! As for some trainers that claim to be "CELEBRITY TRAINERS", Just because you train celebrities does not mean you know what you are doing. Celebrities are not typically fitness experts thus, they are not the most qualified to assess if a trainer is qualified or not. In addition, let me start off my by saying that I have the highest respect for the service men and women of our Armed Forces. However, I have also noticed an increase in military officers offering personal training services. Please be aware that most military officers do not have the combined exercise physiology, nutrition science, and medical experience to safely provide you with the best advice .
