First of all, ladies, please learn the difference between their, they're, and there ("there" is what you're after, btw!)

Second, we are going to put up with your demands 7 days/10 hours a day and AFTER you get the letter of intent, that's when you're going to discuss pay?! Wow... good luck with that. If you do get folks to answer this, it's either b/c they've got issues and need to be around demanding women (I'm going to call that a fetish) or b/c they're really, really bad at what they do and can't get a job elsewhere.

Have the decency to offer a contract up-front. It costs NOTHING! Maybe then, even though you won't get professionals, at least you'll get some folks who might tolerate what you're doing.
