I provide oversight and care for the kids while the adults have their party. Are you planning a wedding and want to keep the focus on the happy couple and not how much everyone's children have grown? Would you like to have a party, but not have to worry about what the kids are up to? What about a picnic, where the kids are included, but need some supervision? I can help. I am a 46 year old woman retired from the US Federal Government, that loves kids but doesn't have any. At my friend's parties, I always have the kids following me around wanting to hang out, or wanting to show me their latest art project, or the new funny face they can make.
My rates are very reasonable and are negotiated on an event-by-event basis. I take into account the following: the number of children, the ages, the number of hours, the time of day, the facility (some places are easier for keeping kids busy), and the event. I will not just turn on a TV and use it as the sole source of entertainment. I will provide you with a brief plan of one or two pages, with my ideas for how I might keep their attention and help them to have a fun party, too. My fee can be paid by each family contributing or the host(ess) may pay the entire fee.
I really love kids and just enjoy seeing the world through their eyes. I am a great teacher and am able to talk to kids at their level, without being condescending or patronizing.
