Air Duct Cleaning Specialist (Metro Atlanta Area)

Air Duct Specialist. The job requires an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for generation sales by calling on residential and small commercial customers and providing free inspections of air ducts and cleaning them if necessary. We will provide all the training, equipment, insurance and some marketing materials you would need to do this. You will have to travel 80% of the time performing inspections and cleaning air ducts. You would have to have a truck or van to load the equipment, below is a picture. It is compact and very clean piece of equipment.

Compensation. On average a job runs about $300. You would line up 2 -3 jobs a day that would mean $600-900 in revenue daily. 5 days a week on the low side would be $3000.00 per week, I would do a 40/60 split with you so you would keep 40% of revenue to pay yourself, cover you expenses and possibly an assistant to help you clean the ducts. That would mean $1200-$1800 per week for you. This would be a contractor position-1099 so you would be responsible for your expenses, taxes, etc. This would be a Mon-Fri program with the option to do some jobs on the weekends, but that is up to you. Obviously there is a lot of potential with this service.

WANTED: FURNITURE MOVER AS NEEDED FOR NEW STORE (Mall of Georgia Area)

I'm opening a consignment furniture store in Buford, Georgia. I am in need of a mover that can pick up and deliver furniture as needed.

I'm looking for someone who is honest, reliable, insured and can provide references. Must have a box truck and supplies needed for moving furniture safely and delivering undamaged. In order to keep fuel costs to a minimum, I prefer a mover located in the Mall of Georgia area.

1. Warehouse Shipping & Packing Positon - Entry Level - Looking for hardworkers, arrive on time, dependable and happy personality. LIFT, Pack, Count, QC, Pick Orders, etc. We only hire people with a great work attitude and team spirit - with an optimistic attitude.

2. Catalog Photographer with Photoshop Experience, Stage Products, change backgrounds, prepare for catalogs. Weekly list of products to shoot at our facility, photoshop as needed. Creative person with fast work ethic needed.

3. In House Territory Sales - Hourly plus commission - Grow sales in territory by finding and bringing in new business in your territory. 5+ years experience with territory sales required and past commission pay history & a proven sales growth track record. We need several people. Postitive upbeat optimistic attitude required.

4. In House Sales Manager - Salary plus Commission - Grow sales in territory, manage department and grow the sales of the department. 10 years selling experience specifically setting up and a track record of high sales growth required for this person as well as a postitive upbeat optimistic attitude.

4. Web Designer with a little flash experience - graphics, site creation and design from scratch, creative person needed. Full time, in house position in our IT department. If you work fast, have that creative touch and specialize in website creation this may be for you.

5. PT Bookeeper - 2 or 3 days a week. In house only. Netsuite a PLUS, Quickbooks Necessary. Input and track purchase orders, enter and reconsile usual account types, payroll, present monthly and quarterly reporting.

Bobcat Operator, Stump Grinder (Acworth)

This is a part time hourly position and will require overtime during the season (March through May). It is an ideal job for someone that is semi-retired. Candidate must have many skills such as the ability to: operate a stump grinder and Bobcat, communicate with customers, organize a route, drive safely, drive and back up a trailer, mechanical aptitude, communicate the daily operation to the owner of the company, and desire to assist in strategic business decisions to direct the growth of the company. Every employee is considered a salesman for the company so it is imperative that you are pleasant to the customers, articulate, and helpful.

Don’t even bother to apply if you use drugs, have a less than clean motor vehicle record, or have any kind of criminal background. We do check.


Job duties include:

1) Driving safely and having a good motor vehicle record.
2) Routine maintenance of the machine, truck and trailer such as daily check of fluid levels, weekly greasing, pressure washing/cleaning of the equipment, getting spare parts from the dealer, changing teeth, mailing of the dull teeth to be re-conditioned, and weekly maintenance per the manual.
3) Grinding of stumps using a new state of the art remote controlled machine or a very manual small stump grinder. Operating a Bobcat. Ability to safely operate a chain saw.
4) Scheduling/Mapping your route for the day with a GPS
5) Logging in times at various jobs so we know how long each job took which will help us bid jobs in the future
6) Logging in travel time – again so we can get a better feel for how long the jobs took for bidding purposes
7) Succinct notes on every job
8) Reconciling the money by accounting for the cash advance – usually by receipts for diesel fuel. Also documenting who paid and check number or cash payment on every job order
9) Initialing off on the checklist
10) Meet with us in person in the evening once a week and one Saturday a month to discuss how the business is going - like what problems you are having, what problems the customer is having, opportunities for improvement, what could be done better etc.
11) Work and drive safely, wear safety glasses and hearing protection.
12) Ability to back up a trailer

14) Everyone is a salesperson for our company. This means everything you say or do can boost or hurt sales. Candidate must have a positive outlook at all times. This is important.
