Normally, a piano should be tuned once a year. A piano goes flat 10% a year usually. So, if it has been say 3 years since your piano was tuned, it is about 30% flat so it will require a pitch raise($135.00) or a double tuning($155) at the reduced rates listed.
I also offer a $49 rate per tuning if I move your piano.
In addition, we can clean out the dust and spider webs inside your piano, clean the harp/strings/pins/soundboard. do any adjustments or regulation needed, repair or replace piano parts, restore the finish, rebuild the piano, refinish your piano, and, or move your piano.
