So I am looking for a room available in January. I am 24; a professional and student. I work at a local college full time, as well as attend law school part-time in the evenings. On my nights off I am playing softball or tennis, working on getting my business set up, running a couple of medical websites, or modeling. I am home only to sleep in the evenings and that is pretty much it. I may be home a little bit more on the weekends, but not much, so you would basically still have the house to yourself. I very rarely listen to music, I do like to have the tv on in the background when I study. I have my own tv for my room, though would like to be able to socialize with my roommates, unless it is a separate suite, then I understand the need to be private.

I am looking for a decently large room, including utilities, which would be large enough to hold a king-size bed easily. I have my own bedroom furniture, and would love to be able to use it, so not really looking for a furnished room.

He is attending a private school in Alpharetta and is looking for a homestay family to stay with.
Host is expected to provide meals, room and board and to provide guardian role of the student for school correspondence.
Rides to/from school maybe necessary if the house is not in walking distance to the school.
