November newsletter The holidays are finally upon us and there are so many families in need. Dress of my dreams has adopted 1 family from the Atlanta day shelter for women and children and 1 family from the Atlanta children's shelter for the Christmas season.. We are seeking donations for Holiday House 2009, a place where parents can ‘shop’ free of charge for warm clothing, gifts for their children and family necessities. With your contributions, you can help bring holiday joy and the spirit of the season to those in need. Holiday House provides the opportunity for parents to shop for the holidays at no charge on December 18th. All Holiday House items should be new and unwrapped. Suggested donations include seasonal clothing for children up to age 16, multicultural dolls, games, small household appliances, linens, bake ware, dishes and wrapping paper. We will accept items for parents as well. Holiday gift baskets are made to order. ($20) Baskets include a decorated tree, chocolate, scented candles,scented tea light candles, and sit on a serving platter that can be used after the holiday season. newnan car wreck hit and run (newnan bypass and lower fayetteville rd.)

Last night around 730 I think! We were on our way to get a bite to eat, with our 3 babies my husband and myself! When we were at the intersection of the newnan bypass and lower fayetteville rd. at the red light! While we were waiting for it to turn green a big white truck rear ended my family! Then they sped away! I got all but one digit correct on the license plate the license plate is AQP 9025 OR AQP 9325! There is only a possibility of 10 licenses plates because I know for a fact I got all the other digits right except for the fifth one! The newnan police are on it! They said they ran both of the tags I gave them and they both came back to white trucks but this is a really big white truck with big tires! I dont care anything about getting this persons insurance or whatever I just want them to know it is not okay to do this! They should have stopped to see if we were okay said sorry or something! I mean something serious could have happened to one of my babies! Everyone has a mother brother sister and or child they love that they would not want this to happen to! Providing for the Homeless takes much more than a good meal on Thanksgiving. We are looking for church groups and individuals to partner with us throughout the year to Get God to The Lost and The Last and The Least. Below please find a few of their ongoing physical needs. If you, your civic organization, Bible study group or church would like to serve God "where life on life application is real" and the Almighty Power of God is called upon each and every day, join us as we Take Christianity Into the World.
At present there are two large construction needs in process with the first being to build out the dorm area where ladies and their children can stay and sleep together. The dorm when built out will be able to support approximately thirty homeless mothers and their children. Also there is a need to have Pastor 7 on-site predominantly full-time and the build out of the apartment will allow him to do so. Pray to see what God might have you do to serve Him in your community. God Bless You Each and Every One. Please note that also the ministry has an ongoing need for those to worship with their hands and feet by offering to assist with construction projects on site. Letters to Congress on the Elimination of the Crack/Powder Cocaine Sentencing Disparity
Support bill H.R 18: Powder Crack Cocaine Penalty Equalization Act 2009.
Dear Senator:
We write to urge you to overturn drug sentencing laws enacted more than two decades ago which have yielded egregiously severe sentences for low level offenders and unjustifiable racial disparities in sentencing, and cast doubt on the nation's commitment to equal justice under the law.
Specifically, we urge you to support any legislation that would eliminate harsher sentences for crack cocaine than powder cocaine offenders. As you no doubt know, federal legislation from 1986 established the infamous 100-1 ratio in the quantity of powder cocaine required to trigger the same sentence as crack cocaine. Crack is also the only drug for which federal law mandates a minimum five year prison term for simple possession of a small amount, even if it is a first offense.
Well documented criticisms of the unintended impact of federal cocaine sentencing laws are numerous, and many have focused in particular on their racial impact. In 2007, 27 percent of crack cocaine users were black and 65 percent were white. [1] Yet 83 percent of those incarcerated for federal crack offenses are black.[2] Black Americans thus disproportionately bear the burden of the far higher crack sentences. The average federal crack cocaine drug offender's sentence is 55.8 percent longer than the average powder cocaine offender sentence-120 months compared to 77 months.[3] The average length of imprisonment of street-level dealers of crack is 97 months compared to 48 months for a street-level dealer of powder cocaine.[4]
The crack-powder cocaine sentencing differential not only betrays the national commitment to equal justice, it also puts the United States at odds with its international human rights treaty obligations under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD), a treaty ratified by the United States in 1994
ICERD prohibits conduct that has either the "purpose or effect" of restricting rights on the basis of race. Even in the absence of any malign racist intent, public policies will constitute prohibited racial discrimination under ICERD if they create unwarranted racial disparities.
Whatever justifications Congress had when it enacted the cocaine sentencing laws more than twenty years ago no longer suffice to support much higher sentences for crack versus powder cocaine offenses. Although there were far more users of powder cocaine than crack in the mid-1980s (and still are) Congress was concerned, for example, that crack was uniquely addictive, inherently caused violence, and yielded "crack babies." Yet time and science have subsequently taught us that the pharmacological properties of crack and powder are identical and any difference in impact depends on methods of ingestion; that crack does not cause violence-the violence that accompanied its emergence reflected rival groups trying to establish control over distribution (and that violence has since subsided); and that the prenatal effects of crack are much less severe than previously believed, and no different than the effects of powder cocaine. The United States Sentencing Commission, in several reports to Congress on cocaine sentencing, has carefully marshaled the evidence about crack's direct and indirect effects and has concluded that the current draconian treatment of crack offenses compared to powder cannot withstand scrutiny.
This is an opportune time for Congressional action. With the nation reeling economically, the costs of long prison sentences for low level nonviolent drug offenses are even harder to justify. Public safety is not protected by giving crack cocaine dealers much harsher sentences than their powder cocaine counterparts. To the contrary, public safety is weakened when disproportionate crack sentences undermine faith among all races in the fairness and common sense of the criminal justice system.

Additionally, Attorney's fees in excess of $12,000.00 were awarded to IWS to compensate for all the time and money spent by IWS defending itself against the outrageous, false and malicious counter claims made by Ron McKinney.



And for Ron McKinney's counterclaims against IWS. ALL WERE DENIED. His Claim for Breach of Contract: DENIED. His claim for Defective Construction: Dismissed. His claim for Extortion: Dismissed. His claim for Attorney's fees: DENIED. EVERY CLAIM he made against IWS either DISMISSED OR DENIED. WHAT A LOSER.



Yes, my friends, it is easy to make false accusations against anyone and then publish them on the internet for the world to see. Some of you may have personally experienced this. Those who have not, I hope you never have to. However, when liars like Ron McKinney are put on a witness stand in a Court of Law and forced to back up their vile accusations, they do what Ron McKinney did. They crumble, then get squashed. Just like a cockroach creeping in the dark hides from light. Ron McKinney could only hide from the light of truth for so long before being exposed and squashed.



As of this posting Ron McKinney has yet to write the check for over $27,000.00 that he now owes IWS. However, rest assured that the McKinneys will be pursued relentlessly. The fact that Ron McKinney has renounced his citizenship in the United States of America and declared himself a sovereign entity and claims he does not know who owns his home (because he placed ownership in a fraudulent trust years ago) will not stop the collection actions to come.

Yes its true, Ronald Wayne Mckinney and his wife Robyn Mckinney of 4083 Red Laurel Way, Snellville, Ga 30039, Home and Business Phone No. (770) 979-1254, are hiding from the Gwinnett County Sheriffs Deputy.



Since being sued by I.W.S. Inc and John Tabor in 2005 for failing to pay for substantial improvements to their dilapidated house, the McKinneys have spent most of their lives telling vicious, vindictive and malicious lies about John Tabor and his company I.W.S. Inc. They spread their lies all over the internet, to local and national Television stations, newspapers and to anyone else who would listen to the garbage coming out of their filthy mouths. Therefore, John Tabor was forced to file another lawsuit in the Superior Court of Gwinnett Co. in January 2009 in order to stop the McKinneys from continuing their despicable behavior.



According to the report, the Deputy observed the McKinneys sitting in their home watching tv as they refused to come to the door to accept service of the lawsuit. A private lawsuit service company then had to be hired to continue the effort to serve the McKinneys with the lawsuit. GUESS WHAT THE MCKINNEYS DID THEN, thats right they have CONTINUED TO HIDE in their home refusing to come out or answer the door. The service company reports that as their agents left the McKinney's door and waited in their car to see if the McKinney's would ever leave their home, they could see the McKinney's peeking out their windows to see if they had left yet. WHAT COWARDS. What are the McKinneys so afraid of?



Don't worry friends, their refusal to answer the door and peeking out the windows to make sure they can sneak out without being caught will not prevent the wheels of our Justice System from turning. It may slow them down briefly, however, the wheels of Justice will catch them and then crush them exactly as it did to Ron on January 21, 2009.

My name is Saad Ali, I am from We Are Change Chicago. I recently made a trip out to Pakistan, in hopes to answer some questions i had. I wanted to share it with you. Nowadays we hear lots of things about Pakistan in the news. We hear that Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda is in Pakistan and they're supposedly hiding under some bush plotting to destroy the world. We hear about the drones that Obama ordered, in which hundreds of innocent people died. And lastly, we are hear about the bombings going on everyday in Pakistan, in which hundreds die daily. I wanted to know what is REALLY going on over there, so i thought i should go check it out in person.

I visited D.I khan, a city 3 hours south of Waziristan, Pakistan, which is where the drones were dropped. There was a military operation going on in Waziristan while i was there, complete police state. Police with AK-47's where stationed on every corner of the entire city. All schools and Universities have been shut down. We were living under curfews. I had to watch my back 24/7 with the worry that a bomb would go off or someone would start shooting innocent people. D.I. Khan is the city that was most effected by the bombings in the entire country. Over 4,000 people have been killed due to suicide bombings and targeted killings in that city alone. The entire country has seen death tolls well beyond 10,000. I was able to speak with mainstream media and other officials about the situation. I wanted to know why all this was going on, who is responsible for this?

All fingers point towards a couple agencies: Blackwater, Massad, Ra, and CIA. Media in Pakistan have reported on Blackwater in specific. Blackwater contractors have been given housing and private land, confirmed, in a variety of cities throughout the country. Russia Today and Wayne Madsen reported on Blackwater in Pakistan, and how they have been recruiting in that country for targeted killings. A recent article on Infowars.com explains Blackwater ties to the recent bombing in Peshawar, Pakistan. According to the public and some Pakistani media outlets, Blackwater has its hands deep within the bombings that are happening on a daily basis in Pakistan.

They are out there buying and recruiting terrorists. Blackwater is recruiting and offering money to people if they enlist, and suicide bomb an area successfully, again this is according to media outlets and the majority of the public. Now you might ask, what's the point, why are they doing this? Well, we have seen in the past what Blackwater has done in Iraq, what they are doing in Afghanistan, and around the World. They are creating a war between Shia's and Sunnis kind of like what we saw in Iraq, Blackwater was there as well and we saw a shia/sunni war there too (hmmmmm.. I wonder why.)

Shia's and Sunni's have lived in peace in Pakistan for decades, why would they, out of nowhere, just start killing each other. Christians, Jews, and Hindus also all live in peace together in Pakistan. Why is it that only the Shia's and Sunni's are fighting? These are all questions i had, So i talked to people from the Shia side and Sunni side, and BOTH agreed that there is a third party creating this feud. They are destabilizing Pakistan by creating this civil war. The country has become a Police State like i have never seen before. The country is slowly self destructing.

The talks of Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in Pakistan was another issue i touched upon. The people i spoke with all denied Bin Ladens and Al Qaeda's presence in Pakistan. According to the media and public, it is just an excuse, a tool, a scare for a broader agenda. Everyone i spoke with acknowledges that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda are tools of the CIA, and are helping destroy the country.

I spoke with refugees who have fled from Waziristan, Pakistan, the area in which Obama had ordered drones to be dropped, in which hundreds have died from. These people have been displaced from their homes, their children, husbands, wives, parents, brothers, sisters, and friends have been killed. They have nothing left. What happened to the change Obama kept talking about? Obama and his handlers have the blood of hundreds on their hands. What more does the public need to realize that Obama is carrying the same agenda as Bush and he is no different whatsoever. Hillary was just in Pakistan. She says, "I find it hard to believe Pakistan can't find Al Qaeda." Al Qaeda was created by the CIA, their whereabouts are well known to Hillary, as if it matters at all. The real threat to the people of this world lies within a small few corrupt bankers, corporate executives, and powerful political figures from all over who are pushing for a New World Order.

The people of Pakistan want to live in peace where they can raise a family happily without having to worry about a bomb going off or being shot at. Pakistan is becoming a product of the New World Order, and it is something that we saw happen in Iraq before and may be something we might see happen right here in America. We need to get out there and expose the New World Order agenda. I will be releasing a video soon, but i hope my report on Pakistan answered questions that you might have had, and gave you a broader scope on what is actually going on in Pakistan. One of my prison correspondents, a felony inmate, writes me that the system in his state is broke.

"They try to raise prices on everything and charge us for everything. It's all nonsense though. They charge us for everything from electricity to clothes to medical. They keep taking things too. They've taken out school, programming, self help classes, cut inmate pay and jobs, etc. Still all nonsense. The problem is they lock up people that don't need to be locked up. Way too many in prison for petty offenses. They have no early releases or anything. We do 85 per cent of our time no matter how well we behave."

Well golly, you lock people up for petty offenses, try to make them pay for the electricity and clothes they need, etc. Does this seem crazy to you?
I have seen statistics that the United States locks up more of its own people than any other western nation. Is that because our population is corrupt and criminal? Or is it because as soon as we have a problem with someone our first response is to lock them up instead of solving the issue? Either way, we're paying the bill in blood.
