I have read the OP and all the follow ups. So here's my 2 cents worth.
I agree, she does sound awfully negative, picky, and snooty. However, I can appreciate her frustrations based on what she says about mens behaviours from her experience.
She is said to be 39 yo., very good looking, and she prefers men (boys) at least 10 years younger than herself.....that being the case, I seriously doubt if she will ever find any quality mature men in that age bracket. (Guys simply are not raised by their parents to treat women with respect..or anyone else for that matter..)

Would love to stay and joust with those who kindly responded to my original response, but I have to leave to meet a cute guy I met on CL. We are having dinner out, followed by dancing and drinks at a little jazz club he knows.

He sounds really straight forward and nice and will be picking me up at 9. We exchanged photo's and sent several e-mails and texts to each other this past week. We are both impressed and curious about each other.

If I like him then maybe we will date again next week.

Thank you very much for inviting me.

I come to America with a mission. All is not well in the old world. There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic. We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe. This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe.

First I will describe the situation on the ground in Europe. Then, I will say a few things about Islam. To close I will tell you about a meeting in Jerusalem.

The Europe you know is changing.

You have probably seen the landmarks. But in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist destination, there is another world. It is the world of the parallel society created by

Muslim mass-migration.

All throughout Europe a new reality is rising: entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or are even seen. And if they are, they might regret it. This goes for the police as well. It's the world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless tents, with baby strollers and a group of children. Their husbands, or slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead. With mosques on many street corners. The shops have signs you and I cannot read. You will be hard-pressed to find any economic activity. These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious fanatics. These are Muslim neighborhoods, and they are mushrooming in every city across Europe. These are the building-blocks for territorial control of increasingly larger portions of Europe, street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city.

There are now thousands of mosques throughout Europe. With larger congregations than there are in churches. And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques that will dwarf every church in the region. Clearly, the signal is: we rule.

Many European cities are already one-quarter Muslim:
just take Amsterdam, Marseille and Malmo in Sweden. In many cities the majority of the under-18 population is Muslim. Paris is now surrounded by a ring of Muslim neighborhoods. Mohammed is the most popular name among boys in many cities.

In some elementary schools in Amsterdam the farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the pig, and that would be an insult to Muslims.

Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark only serve halal food to all pupils. In once-tolerant Amsterdam gays are beaten up almost exclusively by Muslims. Non-Muslim women routinely hear 'whore, whore'. Satellite dishes are not pointed to local TV stations, but to stations in the country of origin.

In France school teachers are advised to avoid authors deemed offensive to Muslims, including Voltaire and Diderot; the same is increasingly true of Darwin. The history of the Holocaust can no longer be taught because of Muslim sensitivity.

In England Sharia courts are now officially part of the British legal system. Many neighborhoods in France are no-go areas for women without head scarves. Last week a man almost died after being beaten up by Muslims in Brussels, because he was drinking during the Ramadan.

Jews are fleeing France in record numbers, on the run for the worst wave of anti-Semitism since World War II. French is now commonly spoken on the streets of Tel Aviv. I could go on forever with stories like this. Stories about Islamization.

A total of fifty-four million Muslims now live in Europe.
San Diego University recently calculated that a staggering 25 percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim just 12 years from now. Bernhard Lewis has predicted a Muslim majority by the end of this century.

Now these are just numbers. And the numbers would not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate. But there are few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France. One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide attacks. The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of British Muslim students are in favor of a worldwide caliphate. Muslims demand what they call 'respect'. And this is how we give them respect. We have Muslim official state holidays.

The Christian-Democratic attorney general is willing to accept Sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority. We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey.

Muslim demands are supported by unlawful behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus. I call the perpetrators 'settlers'. Because that is what they are. They do not come to integrate into our societies; they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al-Islam. Therefore, they are settlers.

Much of this street violence I mentioned is directed exclusively against non-Muslims, forcing many native people to leave their neighborhoods, their cities, their countries. Moreover, Muslims are now a swing vote not to be ignored.

The second thing you need to know is the importance of Mohammed the prophet. His behavior is an example to all Muslims and cannot be criticized. Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem. But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a pedophile, and had several marriages - at the same time. Islamic tradition tells us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed. Mohammed himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe of Banu Qurayza. If it is good for Islam, it is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad.

Let no one fool you about Islam being a religion. Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins. But in its essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life. Islam means 'submission'. Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is Sharia. If you want to compare Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these are all totalitarian ideologies.

Now you know why Winston Churchill called Islam 'the most retrograde force in the world', and why he compared Mein Kampf to the Quran. The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the aggressor. I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I support Israel. First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz, second because it is a democracy, and third because Israel is our first line of defense.

This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam's territorial advance. Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the Philippines, Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan, Lebanon, and Aceh in Indonesia. Israel is simply in the way. The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.

The war against Israel is not a war against Israel. It is a war against the West. It is jihad. Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us. If there would have been no Israel, Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest. Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming.

Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities. But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their behavior, and accept our values. On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam. They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed. The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If they can get Israel, they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer to label any and all critics of Islamization as a 'right-wing extremists' or 'racists'. In my country, the Netherlands, 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II. And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat. Yet there is a greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of America as the last man standing. The lights may go out in Europe faster than you can imagine. An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for America - as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs. With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritage of Rome; Athens and Jerusalem.

Dear friends, liberty is the most precious of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives. All throughout Europe American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never made it home, and whose memory we cherish. My generation does not own this freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won liberty to Europe's children in the same state in which it was offered to us. We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams. Future generations would never forgive us.

We cannot squander our liberties.
We simply do not have the right to do so.

That 19 of America 's largest banks would be forced to undergo stress tests by the federal government which would determine if they were insufficiently capitalized, so they must be supervised by the government?

Would you have said, " C'mon that will never happen in America ."

2. What if I had told you that within Barack Obama's first 100 days in office the federal government would be the largest shareholder in two of the US Big-Three automakers: Ford, GM, and Chrysler? That the government would kick out the CEO's of these companies and appoint hand-picked executives with zero experience in the auto industry and that executive compensation would be determined, not by a Board of Directors, but by the government?

Would you have said, "C'mon that will never happen in America ."

3. What if I had told you that Barack Obama would appoint 21 Czars, without congressional approval, accountable only to him, not to the voters, who would have control over a wide range of US policy decisions. That there would be a Stimulus Accountability Czar, an Urban Czar, a Compensation Czar, an Iran Czar, an Auto Industry Czar, a Cyber Security Czar, an Energy Czar, a Bank Bailout Czar, and more than a dozen other government bureaucrats with unchecked regulatory powers over US domestic and foreign policy.

4. What if I had told you that the federal deficit would be $915 billion in the first six months of the Obama presidency - with a projected annual deficit of $1.75 trillion - triple the $454.8 billion in 2008, for which the previous administration was highly criticized by Obama and his fellow Democrats. That congress would pass Obama's $3.53 trillion federal budget for fiscal 2010. That the projected deficit over the next ten years would be greater than $10 trillion.

5. What if I had told you that the Obama Justice Department would order FBI agent s to read Miranda rights to high-value detainees captured on the battlefield and held at US military detention facilities in Afghanistan . That Obama would order the closing of the Guantanamo detention facility with no plan for the disposition of the 200-plus individuals held there. That several of the suspected terrorists at Guantanamo would be sent to live in freedom in Bermuda at the expense of the US government.. That some of our returning US veterans would be labeled terrorists and put on a watch list.

Would you have said, "Cmon that will never happen in America ."

6. What if I had told you that the federal government would seek powers to seize key companies whose failures could jeopardize the financial system. That a new regulatory agency would be proposed by Obama to control loans, credit cards, mortgage-backed securities, and other financial products offered to the public.

Would you have said, "Cmon that will never happen in America ."

7. What if I had told you that Obama would travel to the Middle East, bow before the Saudi king, and repeatedly apologize for America 's past actions. That he would travel to Latin America where he would warmly greet Venezuela 's strongman Hugo Chavez and sit passively in the audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged America with terrorist aggression in Central America .

Would you have said, "Cmon that will never happen in America ."

8. Okay, now what if I were to tell you that Obama wants to dismantle conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness Doctrine." That he wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of those who may disagree with his policies via internet blogs, cable news networks, or advocacy ads. That most major network television and most newspapers will only sing his phrases like state-run media in communist countries?

Would you say, "Cmon that will never happen in America ."

9. What if I were to tell you that the Obama Justice Department is doing everything it can to limit your Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms. That the federal government wants to reinstate the so-called assault weapons ban which would prohibit the sale of any type of firearm that does not require the shooter to pull the trigger every time a round is fired. That Obama's Attorney General wants to eliminate the sale of virtually all handguns and ammunition, which most citizens choose for self-defense.

Would you say, "Cmon that will never happen in America ."

10. What if I were to tell you that the Obama plan is to eliminate states rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and give the federal government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the province of local and state governments and voted on by the people. That Obama plans to control the schools, energy production, the environment, health care, and the wealth of every US citizen.

Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America ."

11. What if I were to tell you that the president, the courts, and the federal government have ignored the US Constitution and have seized powers which the founders of our country fought to restrict. That our last presidential election may have been our last truly free election for some time to come. That our next presidential election may look similar to the one recently held in Iran . (And maybe under review by ACORN.)

I know - I know what you will say. That will never happen in America .

Hopefully you realize the significance of taking the census away from the Commerce Department and placing it under the White House, where Acorn has been given broad authority to manage it.

Ok its for my critical thinking class. here is the standardization of the argumen:

1. One's disobeying unjust laws has the consequence of preventing degradation of the human personality.

Not an absolute. How does one go about defining an "unjust law" in the first place? Laws are intended to service the majority of citizens not each and every one. I"m sure Jeffery Dahmer felt laws against killing and cannabilism was an "unjust" law.Is your argument limited to the Jim Crow Laws and the Black code? The remainder of your standardization seems to imply so. The segregation laws were supposed to provide for
"separate but equal" but everyone knows that didn't happen - but instead of enforcing the existing law the attack was to force desegregation. Perhaps had there been a better enforcement of the existing law the two groups would have had an easier transition instead of one group feeling they were being forced upon. Maybe if the african americans had been given equal facilities and treatment in the first place and then had they maintained "their" facilities in an manner equal - or better - than their counterparts then the two groups could have seen there was really no difference between the two and the segregation wouldn't have been such a big deal and perhaps would have transitioned easier. But, we will never know that will we? No one will disagree to the disparity in facilities and treatement just as no one will disagree that it wasn't met with a demand of enforcement of existing laws but insistance of segregation. Insistance breeds resistance.

False. Go back to "Man's search for Meaning" and you would understand no one can distort your soul regardless. Segregating students based on gender is a wonderful idea but isn't practiced and certainly wouldn't distort any soul.

some sobering black crime facts (Fulton co and beyond)

To help give an illustration of what an earlier poster was talking about, see an example of the bookings for the last 8 days in Fulton county jail. I searched each day's bookings, looking for murder, rape (and stat rape/agg sex assault/agg sodomy), and child molesting. The results were as predicted...


For the 8 day period of 11/13-11/20, per the website of Fulton Co jail, the following bookings for crimes occurred:

8 murders by black men, 1 murder by a white man.

6 (non-child-molesting) sex crimes: 3 rapes (incl two statutory rapes), one aggravated sexual battery, one aggravated sodomy,and one sex offender registry violation, all committed by black men. No white men were incl in any of these crime types.

6 child molesting arrests were made, one of which was by a white male. The other 5 were black males.

Also, just for fun, there were two false imprisonments and one kidnapping, all three by black males.

I mostly included the child molesting to counter the specious argument posited by black defenders that white folks do all the child molesting and serial killing (whites may have a leg up on the serial killing, I'll grant you.) However, on a per capita basis, black men still out-molest white men.

It would be interesting to compile a broader date range and more crimes, but I got stuff to do, too. I prob should have put robbery and burglary, as those were overwhelmingly black males as well.

And Fulton county, though it has a large black population obviously, is still less than 50% black (43% by one source I found.) Which means that if blacks weren't more likely to offend, they would be about equal in crimes, probably less than half. However, as you can see if you go to the Fulton co jail website and search any date you please, the race of prob 90+% of booked offenders is black. It is a vast majority, but I didn't take time to sieve the data further. Someone else certainly could. The point is, while nationwide perhaps about half of violent crimes are committed by blacks, that is due to them only representing 12% of the population (nevermind how many are currently in jail/prison so not in the pool of potential offenders, which puts their percentage on the streets at even less).

In a place like Fulton Co, where nearly half the population is black, the crimes are vastly disproportionately committed by black men. So if you are a law abiding black man, esp a young one in gangster wear at night, please don't be upset when someone locks their car door at your approach, crosses the street, clutches their purse, looks suspicious, etc. We all know if we are to be mugged/robbed/assaulted/shot/raped in Atlanta anyway, it will very likely be by a black man. That isn't racist per se, just the hard reality. Are most black men criminals? Of course not--only a small percentage are--however, to pretend a black male stranger is much more likely (by govertment statistics, about 7-8 times more likely) to assault you than a white male stranger. Just cuz only 1 out of 100 black men may be a criminal, that means only 1 out of 800 white men may be a criminal (not true percentage, but for comparison purposes), so you are still in much more danger from a black man in general.

Further, if you know that nearly every robbery in ATL in the last year was by young black men in baggy/gangstery clothes, and you don't want to be "profiled" by people, dress like a professional man. Not many people get worried when a black man in wingtips and a pressed shirt and tie is walking down the sidewalk...it's the dude with the long braids or hoody over his whole face, penguin-walking so his pants don't fall down further than the mid-thigh length he keeps them at that we correctly worry about.

Let us say that 75% of the people are white and 25% are black.
This means that we have 225 million whites and 75 million blacks.
Say the number of men and women are equal in each race.
We have 110 million white man and 35million black man.
Let us assume that men aged 18-45 constitute 50% of each race.
So we end up with 55 million white men aged 18-45 and,
17 million black men aged 18-45.

Let us say that the prison population has 10 million white man (18-45) and,
10 million black man (18-45).

Now, we study the numbers.

Out of 55 million white men (18-45), 18% (10/55 X100) are sitting in jail.

Growing up was sort of tough. I went to school in Lithonia GA and all i ever saw of black people were the ones i went to school with. Most of them had the mentality that white people owed them something because of the past. I actually hated black people and never had any black friends.

When i got a job and went to work i saw a different side of black people. I know there are more good black people than bad. Just like there are more good people of any race than bad. Now for the shocker, I have black frineds that I love. I would do anything for them and feel they would do the same for me. Yes, I can add some information to the replies you got, and about this woman.

Please note that I make these comments not knowing the person face-to-face, which might change it a lot, and I'm not pretending to have all the answers, but some things can be found out by what you posted.

Did you notice that her post was one big negative? Not what I would expect from a woman who I would want to invest my time with.

On to some points:
1. She's "on the offense", and a long-winded post like hers is a bit dramatic and has a lot of anger in it. Not how someone who's more level-headed and mature would behave.
2. Doesn't sound like she's all that intelligent. Clues: bad grammar, can't get the point across, unprofessional way of communicating, far too much emotion, no real getting to the point/important stuff.
3. Is she in her early 20's? Maybe has some growing up to do? She claims to be "small town" but does not (from initial impressions) appear to be laid back and humble like a lot of girls from the small town I'm from/have experience.

Basically unless there's something about this woman you know that we don't, I don't know why you would spend you time on someone display this kind of behavior. It sounds to me also like she's carrying some baggage-why should you go through the grief and suffer for her past?

It doesn't make sense to spend time on someone like her as there are MUCH more mature and nicer women out there.

When I was younger I went through similiar stuff with girls with baggage, insecurities, etc. Complete waste of time, effort, and tears.
