We Are a company that specializes in Property Preservation. We secure foreclosed homes for Banks, and maintain these properties until they are sold.

We currently have work available in the Auburn area. You must either live in the Auburn area or be willing to travel multiple times during the work week to complete these jobs! We are very busy so work is steady. During the process of completing your work orders you will be required to photo document everything you do with before, during and after photos and when job is complete pictures are to be uploaded that day. preferably right after the job is complete via your laptop. Facilities Maintenance Technician (Auburn)

Residential facilities management company is seeking a maintenance technician for general maintenance and repair duties. Job scope includes the following:

Maintains scheduled maintenance on: H.V.A.C., elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment. Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs. Repairs and maintains vacated rooms in a timely manner. This includes painting and cleaning carpets. Repairs walls, floor coverings, doors, and wood work in the common areas of the community.
