The house is already wired for cable or satellite service and high speed internet. Each room has connections. Charter is providing cable service in the area. Currently we have Charter cable TV, Charter high speed internet and Charter phone installed. Four home improvement projects have been done that none of the neighbors have considered because of the expenses involved, the first one is an underground irrigation system that from all corners of the house takes the water from the rain gutters and irrigates the lawn all around the house.
