I am returning to school (after a long time) for the spring semester, I'm looking for a place that is hopefully furnished and has a monthly rent less than $400.00. Roommates are not a problem, but I prefer an efficiency or 1-bedroom apartment. Ideally, I would like the lease to run from approximately January 8th to May 8th.

hello. i am looking for a places to rent. i would RATHER not have a roomate but i am open to all offers.

the most i can probably spend on rent is $400/month with cheap utilities. more importantly i need a place that will allow my adorable small very well behaved dog and will not charge a huge pet deposit.

i am trying to move back home (opelika) from eufaula and i am going to be commuting back and forth to work until i find a good job in the auburn/opelika area so money is tight right now. i have to be moved by december 1st so i am looking into all offers.

i am a very good tenant. like i said my dog is well behaved and i do not allow smoking in my house. any place i rent will be left in the same condition or better. and i do want a more long term situation if i can find it. please ask me any other questions you need to.
