Program Manager (Auburn, NY)

Hillside Children's Center has an immediate opening for a Program Manager on our Finger Lakes Campus! GROW, Gaining Resiliency through Overall Wellness, is a residential program for young women on the Auburn Campus, who have suffered significant trauma. Participants, ages 12-18, come from communities throughout Central NY and remain in the program for nine months on average. In addition to therapeutic programs and classes at the campus school, the young women will participate in a range of activities that address their emotional and physical well-being. Manager will provide clinical treatment and case management for the program. LCSW with at least 3 years experience, 5 years preferred, in residential/group care environment. Training and experience in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)preferred. Supervisory/management experience and firm understanding of clinical and operational issues. Strong knowledge of funding streams and regulations, budgets, and diversity issues pertaining to staff and clients, particularly women's issues required. Valid, clean NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation required. Minority candidates encouraged to apply.
