The sales coordinator answers to the Director of Sales and assists the Director of Sales with administrative duties including answering phones, data input, scheduling, correspondence with existing clients, preparation for events being held at the hotel and other duties that may arise on a daily basis. Candidate must be able to type at least 50 wpm and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and possibly some Saturdays.
