• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of contract administration, personnel practices, OSHA and safety procedures
• Certificate of completion for all contract requirement courses from the International Executive Housekeeping Association (IEHA) or ASHES.

Residential facilities management company is seeking a maintenance technician for general maintenance and repair duties. Job scope includes the following:

Maintains scheduled maintenance on: H.V.A.C., elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment. Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs.
