Want to fly south for the winter???

I am moving to Hampton, NH area and I have a home in Augusta, GA. With this economy I would rather not sell my house right now, so I am looking for a house swap! The amount of time and starting date is negotiable, but am looking for a swap of at least 6 months. My house is appraised around $170,000 but the swap doesn't have to be the same amount. My idea for this is to basically you pay my house payment, I pay your house payment kind of swap.
