Need someone to do mortgage field inspections in the following counties; Wilkes, Oglethorpe, Greene, Taliaferro Hancock, Warren Glascock and Jefferson. Experience is preferred. These inspections are different than most. Cell phone compaign for bank.

THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION!! Banks/Mortgage companies want to get in touch with their debtors, get the debtor on the phone with the bank and that is a 30.00 order. Some orders only call for you to take a picture and leave a door hanger, some pay 10.00 each just to leave a door hanger.

I can tell you that when the economy is bad, debtors delay in paying their bills therefore this type of work is busy. VERY simple work.

Summary:
Drive to house.
Contact home owner, have them call bank while YOU ARE THERE.
If home owner not home, leave door knocker AND letter in envelope from bank.

Pay is very good for simple work.
