Humans have seven layers of fascia starting from the skin down to the bone. On-site or Corporate Chair Massage Rates are: $1 per minute. I will come to your office and work on as many people who sign up for 15 minute increments’ sessions during my one day visit. And if there is room, I prefer bringing a massage table instead of a chair, as it is much easier to work on low backs and most issues, than using a chair.
Types of Work:
Medical Structural & Movement Therapy - Unlocks the Years of Chronic Muscle Build Up, those hard, tight & painful muscles, and helps to release Spasms from Body Structural Problems, Same Repetition Movements, Accidents and Body Injuries. Trigger Point and Myotherapy are pain-relief techniques to alleviate muscle spasms and cramping. With this process I locate and deactivate `trigger points'. The goal is to reduce spasm, inducing new blood flow into the affected area. Spasms physically reduce blood flow and oxygen to the trigger point area (ischemia). Pressure is briefly applied to trigger points. It is common to hit the same trigger points several times during a session, instead of leaning into a sore spot "too deep" or for too lengthily a time, which would cause the trigger point to fight back and tense up more. Often ice or another cooling agent is used to reduce nervous system response, making the area easier and more comfortable to work. Then the muscles are gently stretched to complete the relaxation process. Myotherapy aims to erase pain and soothe tightened muscles.
Sports Massage - is used primarily for the serious athlete who trains continuously. It focuses on the muscles "relevant" to the particular athletic activity. It also can include pre-event, post-event and maintenance techniques that promote greater athletic endurance and performance, lessening chances of injury and reduce recovery time.
Deep Tissue Massage - is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure applied across the grain of the muscles. This invigorating experience is a process of detection of tight or painful areas by determining the quality and texture of the deeper layers of musculature, and slowly working into the deep layers of muscle tissue. Specific hand, forearm, and elbow positions are then used to respond to various tissue qualities. Techniques employing breath and movement are also used for unlocking muscular congestion.
Swedish Massage - is a collection of techniques designed primarily to relax muscles by applying pressure against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage can relax muscles, increase circulation, remove metabolic waste products, and help the recipient obtain a feeling of connectedness, a better awareness of their body. One of the primary goals of Swedish massage is to speed venous return from the extremities. Swedish massage flushes the tissue of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes, while improving circulation without increasing heart load.
On-site or Corporate Chair Massage - is one name for a short (15-20 minute) massage of a client sitting in a special, portable massage chair. The client remains fully clothed while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massaged.

I specialize in weaves (mainly) but I'm also open to other styles.
Braids(without weave) 20 and up, depending on length of hair/ style desired I do not provide the hair. Try to get the best quality of hair that you can afford...remember: you get what you pay for, so if the hair is extremely cheap (10-15 bucks) then your style will probably look very stiff. I highly recommend that you get 100% human hair. Synthetic hair is acceptable for braids and (some) curly extensions. If you're planning on getting a straight style that requires cutting/heat- you should definitely get 100% human hair for a more natural look & a longer lasting style. Also, please get @ least 2 bags of hair (for sew in) in order to achieve a full look. Note: these are starting prices, meaning they are subject to change upon consultation (prices may vary depending on length of hair/ style desired). You will be satisfied with the outcome! I called Jennifer on a whim - I was having a bad hair day, and the last person I went to did not get the color that I was hoping for. Her idea of blonde was just straight bleach - one shade! Blondes are hard to color, and Jennifer did a FANTASTIC job. I was open to a new hair style, and she delivered a great new cut for me too. I am a SAHM, and she took that into account - I basically get "Dressed" for mommy clubs, and date night with my husband - carpool does not count... My usual style involves some sort of a ponytail, and she left it long enough to still put it up if I need to. My sister-in-law went on and on about how great I looked when we all went out Saturday night. Of course my husband liked it, but the big kudos came from my 7rd. old daughter - "Wow Mommy, you look so pretty"! Jennifer did a great job, and I'll definately be going back! THANK YOU!!!
