I have a bunch of foreign coins and some paper currency from MANY different countries. NOTE: While I do have some that are from 1949-1960's, most are 1970's - 2006 circulated coins/currency.

I thought there may be someone just interested in collecting money from different countries---not necessarily for value like most collectors. Maybe someone who wants to start collecting, or start a collection for their child, would like to put a package together. (This would be GREAT for SHOW AND TELL for kids at school!) It would be an inexpensive but great gift. Just let me know what you're interested in, and I will tell you specifically what coins/currency I have for that country and make you a very reasonable deal! M&M Mulligan-Ville Candy Dispensor (N Austin) $20

This cool older Dispenser has to be the coup de gras of dispensers for M&M's collectors and to find it in an original box is just a big plus. We found this unopened at an estate sale and paid dearly for it, it even has the bag of candy still in the box! If you haven't seen one out of the box I will try to describe it rather than try to remove it. It is sitting on a "green" with a little sand trap (thats where the candies will drop out into) Red is sitting leaning on the big golf bag that has little M&M's on top as club covers (you lift that portion to put in the candies). Yellow is teeing off and he has caught Reds hat on the end of his golf club. The details in this wonderful older dispenser are just great and, of course, this one is new in box! It is a fairly large dispenser.

Ralph Webster Yarborough, 1903-1996.
United States Senator from Texas.

Yarborough, a Texas Democrat, rode with Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson two cars behind President John F. Kennedy in Dallas on November 22, 1963. Richard Reeves recounts in President Kennedy: Profile of Power that Kennedy told aide Kenny O’Donnell to make sure that Yarborough and Johnson, “political adversaries for decades,” rode together to project unity in the Texas Democratic party. Yarborough was in a public feud with Johnson’s protégé, Texas Governor John B. Connally, who rode with Kennedy. In The Death of a President, William Manchester notes that Kennedy aide Larry O’Brien “saw the President staring at him and cutting his eye meaningfully toward Yarborough, who appeared to be looking for another car. . . . Larry grabbed the Senator’s arm, shoved him onto the seat beside Lady Bird, and slammed the door.”
Yarborough led the liberal wing of the Texas Democratic party. As a Senator, he strongly supported Johnson’s Great Society programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, the War on Poverty, and federal support for higher education and veterans, including expansion of the G.I. Bill of Rights. He also co-authored the Endangered Species Act. The only southern senator who supported all civil rights bills from 1957 to 1970, including the Civil Rights Act of 1965 and the Voting Rights Act, he refused to sign the Southern Manifesto opposing integration.

While it wasn't actually produced by Indians the pottery was promoted as being reminiscent of ancient indian pottery-eventually it became known as "Indian"Pottery. First made using the rich clays taken from the banks of the Nemadji River, the special painting technique used to give it the pottery its unique look was developed in 1929 by Eric Hellman.I have 3 pieces that I want to sell- the vases are small and less valuable- the bowl is very nice- $45. Unusual Persian warrior on this 2 handled urn shaped vase. Produced in Bohemia between 1905-12 with the amphora stamp. The colors are vibrant and there are gold glaze details in the front. Has 2 small lines of white on the back side- looks like it was rubbed up against a white shelf- I washed it and it lightened but I don't want to damage the glaze.
