I am looking for a female personal care attendant to fill-in while my live-in attendant goes on vacation. I am a friendly 30 yo. female quariplegic who uses a wheelchair. I am looking for someone to be able to live-in ALL of the following dates: December 21-23 and January 4-7.

Duties would include bathing, dressing, bowl and bladder management, transferring w/hoyer lift, light housekeeping, light cooking, light pet care, accompany on outings and driving an adapted vehicle.

This is a non-medical job and you will have free time during the day (free time 12:30pm-6pm and late evening after 10:30pm). (Overnight is more of a safety precaution but I sleep through the night), you will not be paid for 24 hr care.

You will make $125 cash, plus $152 before taxes for December 21(6am)-23(until 11am on 23rd). You will also make $200 cash, plus $224 before taxes for January 4(6am)- January 7 (until 6pm). Totaling $701 for the entire job! I use an attendant care agency (where it says before taxes) and will be self-paying where it says cash. I am unable to negotiate for more pay, so please do not apply if this pay does not meet your needs. You will be provided meals, a bed, cable TV, and wireless internet (you must provide your own computer) in a very clean non-smoking environment.

I would like an active, honest, female individual for this job, must be comfortable performing personal care duties. Non-smoker only. Must be able to arrive at 6am on the 21st and January 4th or you may arrive the night before but wont be on duty until 6am the next day.

Willing to discuss details with interested applicants. Looking to have position confirmed and filled by November. Must be willing to submit to 3-day paid morning training (6am-noon) before position starts. Training can be done during the week or the course of two weekends.
