We are organizing high school alumni football games in Central Texas www.alumnigames.com and West Texas www.westtexasalumni.com and need help!

The work on the first three days will be calling players who have signed up and make sure they know where and when the team meeting is. This will be at my office on 4131 Spicewood Springs Rd L4 Austin TX 78759. We have 2000 players signed up and alot of players mistakenly gave us incorrect email addresses and alot of players don't check their email. Many players will need last second encouraging. Some players will have some questions. Most importantly, players need to understand that if not enough guys show up at the team meeting from their team, that their team may never get to play an alumni football game and will have to pass on this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Again, the first three days will be making calls. I'm assuming that everyone will be able to call about 20 guy per hour. So, if each call takes a minute or two, you'll have plenty of time to take some breaks. After a few hours, it may get to be a little tedious so it will be perfectly fine to take a little break - no big deal.

The work on the 4th day (Thur) will be helping us set up, direct traffic, answers questions, etc at the team meeting at Grace Church at the Nazarene at 1006 W Koenig Lane Austin, TX 78757.

Total pay is $300-which breaks down like this:
$10/hr x 18hrs=$180
$30 cell phone usage bonus (since you have to use your personal cell phone to make these calls)
$30 for any needed follow up calls (a few players will call you back on your personal cell outside of these hours and you'll need call them back)
$60 on time/performance bonus (if you show up and do a good job all 4 days)

Also, as we are growing fast, we will likely need temp, part-time, and full time help in the future.
