The University Co-op is looking for employees to help with our online holiday rush. The online department is responsible for fulfilling online longhorn merchandise orders. Positions are temporary (see shifts below), but will continue through January for our online Textbook rush (additional shifts will be available after Christmas). This is a fun, fast-paced position, approximately 40 hours/week, plus possible overtime. Each team will be responsible for pulling, processing, and packaging online orders in addition to taking care of any customer service calls or questions.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7am-3pm (5 days/week)- $8.50/hour. Nov 18th - January 29th.

Textbook Crew
Textbook employees will be responsible for un-boxing, tagging, and shelving textbooks, as well as restocking the sales floor. All textbook employees must pass a strength test. In addition, textbook employees will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting students in a professional manner.

Each shift is 40 hours a week, plus possible overtime, including some weekends and some late nights.

We are looking for a quiet, introverted individual to live in and care for my aging father-in-law. In return we are offering free room and board plus a small stipend. The most difficult part of this position is the fact that we need you to be on-call/duty and here more than you are not. We have employed young people and they have had difficulty with the confinement, therefore we are seeking an older individual. Dad does not have any life threatening issues, but is very weak and suffers from continual back pain. He is still able to care for his personal needs, i.e. feed, dress and bathe himself. This position also requires cooking, cleaning and laundry. We also have the use of a family vehicle to use for errands related to Dad's care.
