Court-related Data Pull (Williamson)
We are looking for someone in the Austin area to help us collect data for our customers. We typically work in large metropolitan areas and have several openings for Data Retrieval specialists throughout the country to assist in collecting this data.
We will provide an Excel spreadsheet that is to be used for data collection so you will need your own lap top computer. The key to the effort is that you would have to go to the court to get the actual data. You may choose to enter it there on your lap top or you may prefer to transcribe it and enter it after you leave the courthouse.
We will need to retrieve records every 30 days and you can earn up to $20/hr collecting this data.
The courts are generally open between 8AM and 5PM so the work would be need to be done during those times.

Summary: The Marketing Coordinator (MC) is responsible for all marketing activities. The MC will manage the marketing process by working directly with the MHBT account executives and account managers, as well as dealing directly with the insurance carriers. The MC will provide advice and assistance in bringing efficiencies to their day to day activities. The MC is responsible for managing the RFP deadlines for new and renewal business. Provide support and assistance in analyzing the carrier quotations. Assist account executives and account managers in the development of their presentations. Create documents that help the client better understand the carrier proposals.
This position requires a high aptitude for math and the qualified individual should be proficient in Excel.
Primary Duties:
Sales and Service Support:
Maintain carrier relationships
Responsible for learning all carrier products
Maintain and update carrier products, contacts and plan descriptions database
Track and evaluate carrier competitiveness
Responsible for educating account executives and account managers on the products available
Schedule carrier representatives for training
Maintain all contacts within the carrier data base (marketing, service and management)
Maintain what provider networks go with what carrier
Responsible for developing and maintaining presentation templates
Assist in analyzing how many quotes were requested and how many closed from each carrier
Maintain sample contracts for each carrier and what the idiosyncrasies are for each
Marketing:
Monitor upcoming renewals, discuss RFPs and spread sheets with AM and/or account executive
Manage and review the marketing activities of a new client or the renewal of an existing client
Educate account executives and account managers as to what information is needed in order to obtain a quote by product
Prepare spread sheet analysis and meet deadlines as assigned by AM
Assist with preparation of client presentations
Maintain all notes relating to conversations with the carrier reps in system
Manage the timeline with regard to proposals due dates
Assist in the analysis and evaluation of the carrier quotes and carrier negotiations
Develop and manage the presentation format the producer and AM will use
Maintain electronic and hard copy files of carrier proposals and information
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
A minimum of three years employee benefit experience in the marketing of clients benefit programs for an insurance agency
Have worked on larger clients a plus
Have experience in negotiating with carrier representatives
Good operational knowledge of various windows based application programs such as excel, word, power point and current Internet technologies (Excel is a must)
Self starter
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
