Primary Responsibilities:
• Effective operational and personnel management of an established efficient production system while continuously looking for ways to improve established system
• Maintaining and accounting for accurate inventory
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Efficient operation of the screen printing press to maximize daily output, including minimizing press down time and materials waste.
• Output signs that meet quality standards
• Assisting in all aspects of the screen reclamation and preparation process (file separations and film output, inspecting file and proper screen exposure, screen coating, screen dehazing and degreasing)
• Receiving and inspecting raw materials
• Maintaining and accounting for inventory
• Boxing up finished product for shipment
These qualifications are required:
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and vectorizing files
• Heavy experience with processing orders with various vector file formats
• Expert knowledge of the file processing cycle in screen printing production including; color matching, color separation, file vectorizing, etc
• Physical stamina sufficient to stand during entire shift, excluding rest breaks
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting initiative
• Must have availability for occasional evening and weekend hours

Production Project Manager (North Austin)
