Assisting the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in carrying out the service processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance
Informing Service Manager and Property Manager of needed services and repairs
Diagnosing and solving maintenance issues ranging from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, interior/exterior repair, etc.
Daily property grounds clean up and ensuring property is in impeccable condition
Completing resident service requests for in-apartment maintenance
Handling all resident requests for service with a primary focus on air conditioning repair and fixing appliances
Performing property exterior projects and maintenance to common areas such as the office, community areas, tennis courts, etc.
Being available to perform emergency on-call duties
Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Maintenance Lead and/or Property Manager

If you happen to refer 7 agents that enlist and have paid their annual membership during your calendar membership year then YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE FREE!

What happen after that year?

CGR will give you credit for the agents you had introduced for as long as they stay with us. If you happen to have more than 7 active recruits, WE PAY YOU AT YOUR ANNIVERSARY $50.00 for each agent exceeding the 7 and YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS FREE.
