Accounts Receivable Clerk

This is a versatile placement demanding a wide variety of credit entry, collection and customer servicing routines. The position is asked to get a hold of customers for payments, procure acceptable payment agreements, collect past due balances and meet company expectations. Post will cooperate with dispatch, sales, and departments to answer client issues as they may come up. Notices from client calls will be saved in the customer data file and communicated to the appropriate department for closure. The position will draft pre-lien notifications and supply aid in the credit approval procedure. Placement will aid the Credit and Collection Department Managing Director, and perform such other tasks as required.
