New Hip Hop/Rap Podcast Show
New Hip Hop Podcast: The show will be called, "The Unsigned Hype Chronicles" where we will only showcase on the show, local rap and hip hop artist throughout the United States and other good hip hop/ rap. I am looking for young motivated people to get the word out and get artist to have their music played on the show. The way this happens is by:

-Making a Myspace page using our logo
-Inviting Artist to become fans of the show on Facebook( it is not up and running yet but will be before the first air of the show).
-Getting artist to purchase time for the songs to be played on the show.


BREAKDOWN OF PAY FOR RECRUITERS:
each person that comes a board will be paid as the following:
-$25.00 purchase of an artist = $10.00 commission
-$50.00 purchase of an artist = $25.00 commission
-$100.00 purchase of an artist = $50.00 commission

Team members will be required to interact with store owner and managers in an effort to secure signage within each store. Team members will visit 10 stores every day and send daily feedback to account manager. Must have a car, digital camera, access to the internet and speak SPANISH. There is no selling involved. We are looking for young motivated individuals who know the local scene and who can get the word out and possibly recruit some local talent.

The way this works for Recurits:
- You will create a local Myspace page using our logo
- You will invite local Artists to become fans of the show on Facebook ( it is underconstruction and will be operational come November 1st)
- You will then locate and encourage local artist who would like to expand their own fan base to purchase airtime for songs they would like played on the show

Compensation for your time:
- for every $25.00 of airtime purchased by a local artist; you receive a $10.00 commission
- for every $50.00 of airtime purchased by a local artist; you receive a $25.00 commission
- for every $100.00 of airtime purchased by a local artist; you receive a $50.00 commission
