REO Inspector - URGENT (Bakersfield and Tehachapi)

I need 2 photos of 2 different properties today in Bakersfield and Tehachapi (1 in each location). Who ever does this, will get a part time, constant job doing REO inspections - about 300 month in Bakersfield, and about 40 per month in Tehachapi - they pay $2.00 each so that's about $600.00 extra. . I know that Tehachapi isn't that close. Maybe you know someone. i have to have these photos TODAY by dark. All i need is a close up of the address, and a full front shot of the house. You don't even need to get out of your car.

The bakersfield zip is 93312. I need both houses today. if you want a part time CONSTANT job - this is your interview.

In the future, these orders will be given in time to schedule around your schedule. i am in a bind and need these today. If you know someone in Tehachapi that can do this, I will still get you a part time REO inspector job.

REO Field Inspector - Picture taker (Taft and Tehachapi)

Hiring immediately for experienced inspectors in the Taft and Tehachapi areas. Weekly part time work available on an independent contractor basis. Job requires a computer with high speed internet, a digital camera with date and time stamp, and a reliable fuel efficient car.
This is a long term position.

Pay - $2.00 per house - average of 40 houses per week in Taft and Tehachapi - hundreds in Camarillo/oxnard/ventura/bakersfield. I am looking for someone who LIVES in Taft or Tehachapi for those orders. I also need Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, and Bakersfield.

I am hiring tonight and tomorrow for a order that needs to be completed on Wed and emailed back to me on Thursday.

Your equipment (computer, cell, car, DSL, etc)

The job entails, receiving a list of orders. Mapping the orders using software (I use Microsoft Trips and Streets). Driving your order route. At each home, take a close up picture of the street address, and a full front picture of the house. Filling out 6 questions on a form (checking off boxes) and driving on to the next property. When your route is complete, sending me your photos and report sheets in an orderly and organized manner via email. Then you get more orders. usually you have 5 days to work on the orders.

Hungry college students, housewifes, and anyone else who can move fast, take perfect pictures, and upload photos and scan reports are encouraged to apply.
