UPDATE Friday Stolen Dog (Balt / Harf)

UPDATE 9:00 pm Friday: First thanks for all the response. To answer all your questions and concerns. We know the bar owners. They have pictures of the two guys at the bar. No one there knows them. They also paid with a credit card and on Monday we will be able to get the credit card owners name and info. We could not make out the name on the signature. The truck is a large dark colored (Probably black) Dodge Ram extended cab 2 door pickup with oversize tires and chrome wheels. Very large and tall. It has a tan leathery interior. It is shiny clean, newer and very well taken care of. There are pinstripes that look like lightning bolts on the sides of the trucks bed. The stripes are near the rear of the bed and run from the top edges of the bed straight down to the lower edge and not length wise. There are 3-4 of these stripes. The two guys were clean cut looking and wearing light colored polo jackets. We have called in the chip info and the police have been alerted and will be getting photos and credit card info when its available

It appears that the father of these children was probably trying to protect them. Mom was incarcerated and he has custody although he was
supposed to appear in court and did not show.
Apparently he was not at the addresses where the summons' were to be delivered.
I hope that mom got herself and things straightened out and that the kids don't suffer any more than they probably already
have from whatever transpired from all of this sadness.

I have two cats that I need to find good homes for. I would like to keep them together, but am willing to seperate them.
I got them both together at the SPCA four years ago. I believe they are almost five years old. They are female, spayed, up to date on all shots, litter box trained, indoor cats. Very affectionate and loving. One is short haired, the other long.
I will be screening all potential people as I care about them very much, and want to make sure they are going to a good home.They are such good companions and would make the perfect family pet.

Tax cuts benefit mainly the rich (In the real world) (Baltimore)

First most taxes that are paid through payroll taxes are paid by the poor and the middle class income brackets.

Just because of the sheer number of people in these groups, poor middle class, they pay more taxes than the rich as a total group compared to the rich.

There are many reasons for this. As a group, poor and middle class , their total income compared to the rich, as group, is actually higher.
What classifies a person a being rich? To you it would be someone with more income? Double your income? The rich have good tax preparers and attorneys the poor don't.
Ask a politician to show you the statistics from the IRS they won't! To say the democrats will tax the Rich is a political statement for votes only it's not a real source of total income for the
government. The statistics being total taxes from from the group "poor and middle class" compared to the "rich" you would see what I'm talking about. When any politician says they are going to increase taxes on the rich it's a joke! They laugh all the way to their next term in office, it's a con.

What are taxes to a business? A tax is an expense. When taxes are increased product price must go up. Or decrease other expenses such as reducing employees.
As an individual one has less money in ones pocket to spend in the economy. Rich or poor. In the rich group when taxes are decreased that additional money isn't spent on food it is
invested into the economy through investments. For the lower income brackets the additional money is spent on living, on food. "Into the economy"

Research capital gains taxes and see how many people there are that actually pay them. The politician passed laws so people with money can move the money out of the country
and not pay any taxes on the money. I'm sure you can find that info on the Internet.

Is it wrong for someone to have more money than you? If they do the government should tax it away from them? For what, to make them equal to you?

Plain and simple less taxes better economy. Decrease taxes, government revenue increases, why? ! There is no benefit to tax away money from the people so an incompetent government can blow on stimulus that doesn't work. By the way the democrats knew the stimulus wouldn't work. They want you sitting home with your hand out asking for help. The dems have done nothing to improve the economy, nothing! They are a bunch of clowns just like Roosevelt during the great depression! When WW II started his game was up because the war created so many jobs and pulled the country out of the depression. Roosevelt did nothing to improve the economy. nothing.

Taxes are not for revenue taxes have one purpose and that is for social change and economic control, evil. Most taxes are not necessary to run the government.
You are fooled. All of the information concerning capital gains is on the Internet. Check to see what the total collected taxes from capital gains are.

Please Help They just stole my dog (Balt / Harford)

Please help.

At about 5:15 tonight (Friday evening) someone stole my Chesapeake Bay Retriever from my car. My car was located on rt 7 Philadelphia Rd north of White Marsh. I own a business there that shares a parking lot with a bar that is named Rustic Inn. I was closing up my shop and had just put my dog in the car. A large dark colored pick up truck with two guys in it parked along side of my SUV. The two guys went into the bar and had one beer each and left. I had just checked on the dog seconds before they came out and seconds after they left I noticed the dog missing.

These are two clean looking white males in their mid to late 20s. They are driving a dark colored very large monster size pick up truck. I think they headed north on rt 7 towards Harford County.

The dog is a large 120 lb, 2 yr old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. He answers to the name Sonny and is very gentle. He has a micro chip.

PLEASE: If you see a neighbor show up with a new dog tonight call me asap. This dog is a family member who is much loved.

In your earlier post you said the reason the shelters won't adopt to you is because you don't have a lease. If you cannot produce proof of your lease arrangements, then you cannot prove that your landlord allows pets of any kind, and sure as s _ _ t the minute you do get a dog, it will promptly end up in this column with a sob story about "just found out the landlord/apt complex won't allow pets." There's a reason shelters have the rules that they do. If they won't adopt to you, then maybe you need to give it a rest. Also, the cost of food and vaccines is only a small fraction of the cost of owning a pet. If your dog should accidentally swallow something, the cost of emergency surgery can easily hit $1,500 (I know; I had one of my dogs less than a month when he had to have surgery). Are you able to handle that kind of expense?

You have a better chance just looking everyday on the site for a puppy. Newspapers, vets office, other sites, etc..

Also, what happens if the animal needs to go to the Emergency Vet? Will you have enough money set aside for that. Please be prepared. Also, BARCS is pretty easy to adopt from. They don't require a bunch of requirements like some do. They also have a $30 free starting Nov. 23-29, but even after that it is only $65 and it includes, Dhlppcv, bord, frontline, deworming, fixed, rabies, etc.. Everytime I go they have puppies.

Also, it takes more than one person to flag you and if you keep posting after you get flagged, you can eventually get banned from Craigslist. Just be patient.

We need witness for a car accident which happened on November 20 around 3.30pm. The exact location will be the junction between Walmart location and the Exxon gas station location. We are looking for the run away red color Chevy TrailBlazer (most likely is this brand) and it have lot of white stickers on the back window. That car driver turn left into I695 highway and runaway after hitting our car. It happen too fast and the car turn into highway and disappear so we cannot get any information.

I have 3 generations of cockatiels. The youngest 3 were hatched on July 2 of this year, and I am looking for caring homes for these babies, either together or separately. They are healthy, happy, and sweet as can be. They were hand-raised and are finger-trained. If you would like to make a donation for them, that would be fine. Otherwise, my main concern is that they have a happy home. Be aware that if you have a cat, cats have bacteria on their claws that can be fatal to birds, so while they can co-exist, it may not be a good idea unless they are kept separate. Nia, whom I adopted about three years ago, is in need of a new steady and loving home. I love her very dearly, however, due to my current living situation, am no longer able to care for her. She is a grayish-brown cat with medium length hair. Since she was adopted as a stray, we are not entirely sure of her age, although her veterinarian approximates that she is 9 years old. All of her shots have been updated. She has also been receiving additional shots on occasion for a slight gum disease she acquired as a stray. Aside from that and a slightly sensitive stomach, which is easily remedied with i/d prescription cat food, Nia is a very healthy and incredibly affectionate cat.

I'm just posting this because I came across an ad yesterday in regards to a pup needing a new home... I was extatic! I was looking for a companion for my puggle and my family! Well a time was set to pick up the dog... and the small rehoming fee - ready to be paid. I sent a confirmation email to firm up plans - NOTHING... So I text the number I had (in case it was incorrect)... The response I got was just shocking... "I forgot to contact you, **** was adopted out last night..."

Are you kidding me?! Why would you set something up with someone and then adopt out to someone else?!?! Tell my 3 year old that we aren't going to be picking up our new puppy today! Or how about the bed, leash, and toys I picked up for him!?!?

I think its Bull Sh** that these people do this!

I think its nasty and heartless! I just wanted to put it out there for those of you trying to rehome. I know a lot of times you get scammers or people don't follow through... But sometimes you have to give the benefit of the doubt here because people like me get the crap end of the stick!
