Computer Architecture Tutor (Baltimore City/County Area)

I am looking for a tutor to help with a good knowledge of the hardware architecture in computer systems including calculating performance, combining logic gates etc. The tutor should have a computer science or electrical engineering degree OR be a student who has completed a similar course with a grade of A or B.

The tutor will help with assignments, as well as explain topics in the course that I have trouble understanding.
