Position Summary: Plan, promote and administer a team within the Regional Sales and Retention Center with a focus on driving subscriber acquisition, while utilizing full value selling and ensuring exemplary service to every customer.
Major Duties: (May perform any or all of the following duties)
Review, coach, and provide guidance to Regional Sales and Retention CAE's to ensure first call resolution.
Plan, promote, and administer customer service standards to ensure quality service according to Comcast, and the FCC/NCTA.
Ensure competence and continuity of quality team members through optimum selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and motivation techniques.

Establish and maintain employee files as required.
Review work processes and recommend improvements.
Be a product consultant and information provider for the customer and the staff through day- to- day coaching and mentoring to transition new products and services.
Partner with vendors to drive incremental and premium channel sales.
Serve as a key contact for other departments within the organization for the planning, coordination, and accountability of all sales efforts.

Champion communication enhancements between Call Center, Installation, Technical, and NOC teams to assure first class service to our customers.
Communicate with Management staff on new processes/ results.
Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner in all situations.
Establish key goals, both individual and team, in line with the overall business operation.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance expected at all times.
