Box was made by Tweeter while they were still in business, built to the specifications of the subwoofers.

Only one terminal hookup in the back (for positive and negative), subs are wired in parallel internally to present a 2-ohm load to the amplifier you hook it up to. Make sure your amplifier can put out at least 600 watts at a 2-ohm load, as these subs take about 350 wRMS each.

I purchased these in 2004 and were used for about 3 years. I recently hooked them up to make sure they work, and they do.

Cosmetic flaws - scratch on one of the cones, and some of the rubber on the cone surround is scuffed. Purely cosmetic. I ran them this way for a long time without any problems. Carpet slightly peeling on the bottom - I re-applied some glue to keep it down. Doesn't really matter since the sub will be sitting on top of this carpet anyway.

I used a JBL 600.1 to power them - that amp has been sold.

I will allow you to hook the speakers up to your car to test it out on your provided equipment before buying, but other than that these woofers are sold AS IS.

Dali Helicon W200 On wall Speaker

The W200 is designed and tuned as an on-wall alternative to the Helicon 300. A pair of W200 on-wall matched with a subwoofer deliver the same sound reproduction as a pair of Helicon 300 or 400.

Featuring the celebrated technical features of the award-winning Helicon 800, 400 and 300 and the exact same luxuriant high gloss finish, the W200 is the perfect on-wall solution for a stereo or surround set-up.

The W200 is also a great rear speaker in a surround set-up with Helicon 800, 400 or 300 as front speakers and Helicon C200 as center speaker.

Use it as front or as rear speakers for genuine Helicon sound with the W200.

Helicon uses the Hybrid Tweeter Module principle made legendary by the Euphonia series as well as the wood/paper cone driver principles also developed for and tested in the Euphonia Series. The special patented resonance dissipation cabinet used in the Euphonia was not available at this price point. Instead, the Helicon has a massive wood front baffle mounted on 3 layers of MDF for resonance elimination. The curved sides alone make a very efficient barrier against the build-up of internal resonances to build up. To achieve the curved sides, 4 layers of MDF are bonded together then bent into the curved shape - this also is a very efficient way of eliminating vibrations in the cabinet.
