Special Events department is hiring up to 500 Brand Ambassadors for an Entertainment client for a Fall/Winter 2009 Mall Program. Active dates of program are November 23, 2009 through December 20, 2009. Training sessions for each mall will take place sometime between November 4 and November 18.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers and encourage demos of the identified software titles
• Welcome visitors to the experience, evaluate their interests and needs based on
the outlined communication plan and ultimately drive them to retail following
their demo
• Facilitate Competitions with consumers to participate at the live demo
station
• Facilitate live demos at the Bar/Concierge Station
• Encourage consumers to participate in the Holiday Sweepstakes
• Act as the onsite Concierge which includes the following
responsibilities:
o Offer “personal shopper-like” guidance and direct visitors to demo based on demographics, interests and needs
o Alert consumers of upcoming programming and assist non-gamers in finding an activity that fits their lifestyle
• Brand Ambassadors are expected to work onsite between 5-6 days a week or between 32-40 hrs per week including a weekends

Additional responsibilities include:

• Report to the Mall Manager and/or Assistant Manager daily or as need to ensure effective communication and seamless activation

The event will be taking place at various shopping centers from 8AM-4PM. Talent should be prepared to arrive earlier if needed and keep in mind you will be standing for most of this promotion. This a family event that is taking place during the holidays so talent must be energetic, social and outgoing. Talent will be informing customers on events and benefits going on at the location especially during the holidays. You will also be collecting information from the customers so be prepared for a lot of talking and interaction. You will be providing you own uniform for this event so make sure you have black solid pants, shirt and shoes. The times for this event are listed below as well as the pay rate.
