Wanted Licensed Plumber (Timonium)

I am looking for a licensed plumber for the following:

Change the exisiting tub next to the basement washer and dryer and turn it into a cabinet with a sink. Have water for the washer not drain into the sink.

Creat new spot in a first floor closet behind an existing bathroom for a stacked washer and dryer, ceiling below to the basement is a dropped basement so access should be fairly easy. Hot and cold water for the washer are on the wall behind where the new washer will be located.

Change kitchen sink which has two drains to a sink with one drain, reinstall existing garbage disposal.

I'm reposting my ad again. I'm not sure which idiots flagged it but if you have a problem, at least call my phone and come check the car out for yourself. Don't act like a fool and flag someone's ad just for the heck of it. if you're not interested, move on, get a life!


This is my honda. i was selling it earlier during the year when i lived in baltimore but i couldn't part with it. well, i moved to whitemarsh now had my roommate drive it here and it's been sitting here. She drove it around for a little bit but she moved out of state and i don't need two cars. The timing belt was changed last april 2008 @ 113,000 miles, car currently has 121,000 miles on it. had a new battery installed last october. Car rans perfectly, well, i haven't used it much since september except turning it on and driving around the apartment complex so the battery doesn't die (my tag is expired and i haven't had time to to go Pennysylvania to take care of that, plus i don't feel like paying 36bucks for a new tag).
Anyway, you can come test drive it. i had someone who was willing to pay $3800 earlier in june when i listed it but my roommate, who'd driven the car around a couple times, wanted to ship her car to her mom so she buys mine but she moved to nyc and doesn't need a car.
Anyway, you can either bring your tag so you test drive it on the highway or i live in a really big place, you can drive it around her. i drove it to giant at the avenue the other day with the expired tag but i wouldn't advice you to risk that. i'm home today and tomorrow and most of next week.the current price is way beyond blue book value for trade in. i just need to get rid of is so i don't pay insurance for a car i don't drive.

The car is a 4 door honda civic sedan LX. it comes with a $300 aftermarket CD player with the removable face plate. Honestly, the AC in this car is better than the AC in the 2009 honda civic LX. i was arguing with the people at heritage honda the other day because i don't see why the AC in this car works better than my new one. Honestly, if you're willing to buy my 09 honda instead, i'll be glad to keep this car. i just can't pay insurance for 2 anymore. car has a cracked windshield, it's been passing PA yearly inspection for the last 4years so there hasn't been the need to fix the crack. i head maryland is a little strict with inspection since it's only done once. This car was the best car except i wanted to buy a house and i let someone talk me into buying a new car to help give my credit a more positive view (bad advice). i should have receipts for work done or the guys at sears can tell u when i last brought it in for service. email me with any questions.

This power chair is awesome it can be used by anyone who needs a wheelchair! The controls can be on the front for rider operation or they can go on the back for caregiver operation!
I have been entrusted with the task of selling this power chair for the original owner. All the info I have will be included in this post. The chair is being sold as is, where is, cash only, local pick up only.
It is not currently working as the batteries died early this year and the chair has been parked ever since.
