1) Remove and dispose of existing roofing systems and components, including membrane, insulation, base sheets, flexible and metal flashings, plywood roof deck, and associated materials and components. Remove and dispose of existing rooftop ventilation structures and associated components. Remove and dispose of existing skylight assemblies.
2) Install new kiln dried wood blocking at perimeters and penetration. Install new kiln dried wood framing and blocking to enclose roof sections where ventilation structures are to be removed. Install new plywood roof deck.
