Thanksgiving by the River - bring the dogs! (Wareham, MA near Cape Cod) 4bd

Hello - I have my beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, SFH in Woodstock, Maryland on the market for around $575K (appraised during the height of the market at $720K). Since the market is slow and my goal is to buy a place near the beach in SC or Florida, I thought I would place and ad for a house swap to see what is out there. I am looking for a temporary swap to start (to give us each a chance to experience each other's place) with the goal of a perm swap within 6-months or so.

House details -- 3 acre private partially wooded lot, 4 bedroom, 3 baths, approx 3,000 sq feet (not including full basement). 2 car garage, outdoor hot tub, basement gym - media room - office, open floor plan, 11' tall kitchen ceiling with 42" maple cabinets, many more options. House sits back from the road with plenty of parking and is very private and quiet with NO HOA.

House is very clean, shows new, and is ready to move-in. It is located in Woodstock, MD which is 10mins from Elliott City, 30 mins to downtown Baltimore, and 5 mins from Owings Mills. Easy access to Columbia, Fort Meade, and 795.

I am only interested in the following: SFH around the same value (willing to go up or down - within reason say 10% -- with the respective party paying the diff at closing).
