Job Profile
IMPAQ is seeking a Part Time Contract Recruiter to work on a special project. This person must be a proven performer and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Applicant must have 2-5 years experience with high volume administrative/customer service staffing. Search firm or corporate recruiting experience is a must. Ability to review resumes, complete phone screens, conduct in person interviews as well as perform administrative tasks as assigned. Some local travel may be required.


Responsibilities

- Review resumes and identify qualified applicants
- Conduct phone screens and in person interviews
- Keep track of candidate flow by update spreadsheets and outlook folders daily
- Communicate daily with team regarding updates and challenges
- Work closely with team members to ensure that deadlines are met
- Ability to work onsite 20-30 hours a week

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

- 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience for call center and administrative positions
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Experience reviewing resumes, conducting numerous phone interviews and in person interviews on a daily basis
- Experience with desktop computers and keyboarding.

1. Fill the customer's work orders with qualified temporaries.

2. Administer the training of temporary employees to upgrade their skills for assignments.

3 Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees.

4 Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance using the phone and Quality Performance Program.

5 Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of the customer and temporaries.
