Need Help Cutting a Bed Frame (Baltimore)

I recently moved into Baltimore City and can't fit my queen size box spring upstairs. I saw a video how to do it you basically cut it in half and use brackets to screw it back together. Need Licensed Electrician to pull permit (Brooklyn)

My contractor did the job of replacing my service entrance cable, and then bailed with out pulling the permit. The job is done, I just need the permit pulled so the city can inspect it and BGE can hook the house back up. There is a temp connection on the house right now that has been there for 4 months.
