• Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and carrying out a number of capital equipment installation activities prior to deliver and at Customer sites upon delivery.

I agree! Machine Operators made 9.00 - 10.00 an hour back in 1996 to start...It's 2009!!! The minimum start for a machine operator should be $13.00/hr. Don't blame it on the recession either! If you can't afford to pay 13/hr for a machine operator, then there's something wrong with how you run your business.
