Tax cuts benefit mainly the rich (In the real world) (Baltimore)

First most taxes that are paid through payroll taxes are paid by the poor and the middle class income brackets.

Just because of the sheer number of people in these groups, poor middle class, they pay more taxes than the rich as a total group compared to the rich.

There are many reasons for this. As a group, poor and middle class , their total income compared to the rich, as group, is actually higher.
What classifies a person a being rich? To you it would be someone with more income? Double your income? The rich have good tax preparers and attorneys the poor don't.
Ask a politician to show you the statistics from the IRS they won't! To say the democrats will tax the Rich is a political statement for votes only it's not a real source of total income for the
government. The statistics being total taxes from from the group "poor and middle class" compared to the "rich" you would see what I'm talking about. When any politician says they are going to increase taxes on the rich it's a joke! They laugh all the way to their next term in office, it's a con.

What are taxes to a business? A tax is an expense. When taxes are increased product price must go up. Or decrease other expenses such as reducing employees.
As an individual one has less money in ones pocket to spend in the economy. Rich or poor. In the rich group when taxes are decreased that additional money isn't spent on food it is
invested into the economy through investments. For the lower income brackets the additional money is spent on living, on food. "Into the economy"

Research capital gains taxes and see how many people there are that actually pay them. The politician passed laws so people with money can move the money out of the country
and not pay any taxes on the money. I'm sure you can find that info on the Internet.

Is it wrong for someone to have more money than you? If they do the government should tax it away from them? For what, to make them equal to you?

Plain and simple less taxes better economy. Decrease taxes, government revenue increases, why? ! There is no benefit to tax away money from the people so an incompetent government can blow on stimulus that doesn't work. By the way the democrats knew the stimulus wouldn't work. They want you sitting home with your hand out asking for help. The dems have done nothing to improve the economy, nothing! They are a bunch of clowns just like Roosevelt during the great depression! When WW II started his game was up because the war created so many jobs and pulled the country out of the depression. Roosevelt did nothing to improve the economy. nothing.

Taxes are not for revenue taxes have one purpose and that is for social change and economic control, evil. Most taxes are not necessary to run the government.
You are fooled. All of the information concerning capital gains is on the Internet. Check to see what the total collected taxes from capital gains are.

Tax cuts benefit mainly the rich (In the real world)

Yeah, you should know something about economics. But it's not a requirement to know that the statement is true. Just look at how taxes are paid to the government and where the tax cuts are made.

Tax cuts are made for capital gains. Poor people don't have capital, so poor people don't benefit from the capital gains tax cut.

Tax cuts on income have been made for higher tax brackets. The rich are in higher tax brackets so get a greater benefit out of the cut. Further, the people in the lower brackets pay a larger percentage of their income on living expenses, so with an income tax break the rich are able to save/invest more of the break. To go on, income tax breaks or made on percentages, so a 2% break for a guy making 40k a year is less dollars in his pocket than the guy who gets the 2% break on 250k a year.

Stop listening to the far right, and assume it's the gospel. Open your eyes, look and see truth.

Secondly this bill is not budget neutral and Obama, Pelosi & Reid's idea to pay for this debacle of a bill is to tax and fine American Businesses & Americans to pay for it as well as borrowing from the Social Security Trust Fund for start up funds for the Public Option that was tossed out of the bill by the Senate Finance Committee but put back into the bill by Pelosi & Reid. Matter of fact Americans will be paying for Obama Care years before it actually would take effect. Anyone with a 3rd grade education would know this bill STINKS OF DIRTY ROTTEN POLITICS and the thought of a total government take over of our entire health care industry also reeks of disaster similar to Fanny Mae, Freddy Mac, Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security, the U.S. Postal Service which are all on the verge of bankruptcy. Democracy Versus Republic
These succinct definitions of what is Democracy and what is a Republic was produced by the US Army in 1928, These definitions have been quietly withdrawn since, soon after.

Democracy:

A government of the masses.

Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of "direct" expression.

Results in mobocracy.

Attitude toward property is comunistic-negating property rights.

Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate. whether it be based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences.

Results in demagogism license, agitation, discontent, anarchy.

Democracy is the "direct" rule of the people and has been repeatedly tried without success.

A certain Professor Alexander Fraser Tytler, nearly two centuries ago, had this to say about Democracy: " A Democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of Government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largess out of public treasury. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, always to be followed by a Dictatorship."

A democracy is majority rule and is destructive of liberty because there is no law to prevent the majority from trampling on individual rights. Whatever the majority says goes! A lynch mob is an example of pure democracy in action. There is only one dissenting vote, and that is cast by the person at the end of the rope.

Republic:

Authority is derived through the election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them.

Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure.

Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences.

A greater number of citizens and extent of territory may be brought within its compass.

Avoids the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment, and progress.

Is the "standard form" of government throughout the world.

A republic is a form of government under a constitution which provides for the election of:

an executive and

a legislative body, who working together in a representative capacity, have all the power of appointment, all power of legislation all power to raise revenue and appropriate expenditures, and are required to create

a judiciary to pass upon the justice and legality of their governmental acts and to recognize

certain inherent individual rights.

Take away any one or more of those four elements and you are drifting into autocracy. Add one or more to those four elements and you are drifting into democracy.

Our Constitutional fathers, familiar with the strength and weakness of both autocracy and democracy, with fixed principles definitely in mind, defined a representative republican form of government. They "made a very marked distinction between a republic and a democracy and said repeatedly and emphatically that they had founded a republic."

A republic is a government of law under a Constitution. The Constitution holds the government in check and prevents the majority (acting through their government) from violating the rights of the individual. Under this system of government a lynch mob is illegal. The suspected criminal cannot be denied his right to a fair trial even if a majority of the citizenry demands otherwise.

America's Injustice (surrounding areas)

ATTENTION TO THE PUBLIC AMERICA HAS SUFFERED A GRAVE INJUSTICE:
PLEASE CONSIDER WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ BEFOR YOU LEAVE:

This can easily be you or a love one. Too many of us are being treated inhumane,
caged like animals and handled like live stock.
For the past 23 years our federal government chose to prosecute a low level crack
dealer 50 grams of crack cocaine as if it was 500 grams of powder cocaine.
A 100 to 1 ratio. When in all actuality crack is no powerful than cocaine. Scientist have
proven this and the government knows this. But no change is being made.
If a person snorts heroin or he or she decides to turn it into a liquid form and inject it
by syringe. Isn't he or she still using heroin. No matter what form it is. The same should
apply for crack. So why are the penalties different? Can it be racism? Is the government
targeting blacks and Hispanics? How can we prove racism? Do facts speak the truth?
Are numbers facts? Well, if so the numbers say 83% of crack dealers are black and Hispanics.
Is it possible that the government had this figured out before they strategically passed this 100
to 1 law. How many of your law congress members are white compared to blacks. Once again
numbers speak the truth. Congress has the power to make this much needed change. It's only
fair to do so. The injustice has been targeted and homes have been destroyed. Elderly
grandparents are being forced to raise grand kids. Children are suffering without their parents.
Too many black men and women have been lost in the prison system for decade. Too many sons
and daughters have been raised in broken homes to repeat the process because our government
decided to over crowd the prison system with petty dealers. Instead of rehabilitating and reforming
our people. The crime does not fit the punishment. Yes, one should be punished for their crime. Incarcerating
one for decades for a non-violent does not add up. America it is time to right this wrong to all victims
of this Injustice. 10 to 20 years is an eternity for a nonviolent crime. Is America only for giving one
chance?
How can justice be so unjust!
Let your voice be heard, don't continue to over look this, contact your congress member about fixing
this injustice.
Write your state representative in reference in asking for support in passing bill H.R.18: Powder Crack Cocaine Penalty Equalization Act 2009.
Family's you must become proactive there has been over 15 similar bills that have been thrown out. Please don't allow this bill to go the same.
Become proactive in the fight against Injustice to your family members and community.

I believe a democracy is a better system than a free market economy. In fact a democracy allowing a market that abides by laws passed to prevent the swindle its citizens should be in place.

Let the interest of citizens decide their own fate. Don't let the interests of profit decide citizen's fate.

Democracy is social but not socialist.

A system of a "Free Market Economy" ruling the people seems like anarchy to me.

and all of their other scams to shut down the economy
