The responsibilities are to assist the Community Sales Manager with all aspects of running the Sales Center, and assisting with clients, etc. This will be a 1099 Independent Contractor position, with a signed Independent Contractor Agreement required. There is an $18,000 salary, paid twice monthly, as well as bonuses paid out on every closing. Yearly potential for this position would be approx. $30,000+, depending on sales activity. You can do a limited amount of outside real estate under this brokerage to earn extra income.
The long term goal would be to train this assistant in new home sales management and sales techniques, and eventually promote this assistant to be a Community Sales Manager in another Community, with another builder client that the Broker manages, or will manage.
