Customer Service Representative (Dhaka / Chittagong)

I have a small website and software business here at USA. I am looking for someone at back home Bangladesh to do some work for me.
Compensation:
12000 BDTaka Monthly
1000 BD Taka raise in every year.
1000 BDTaka bonus for EID or major holiday (whatever is applicable to you).

Work schedule:
40hrs/week (any 5 days. we will decide which 5 days).
You will be working from your home at two schedules.
4 hours at day time (12PM-4 PM) (you can choose any other time as well, we can discuss that later)
4 hours at night time (8PM-12 AM) (you can choose any other time as well, we can discuss that later)

Things you must have:
Reliable internet connection (for at least 9 hours of use for 5 days in a week)
Computer with UPS.


Job Responsibility

Looking for honest , sincere and motivated person.
Requirements:

Typing speed: minimum WPM (55+)
Degree: HSC or higher
General computer literacy. Good knowledge on web browsing, searching, blogging.
Knowledge of Using MSOffice is required.
Decent fluency in Spoken English with excellent Communication Skills. You may have to answer my clients over the phone. That is not determined yet. It may take up to 6 months.
International Call Center Experience preferable.
Should be open for working in shifts.
Candidate must be smart, high energetic, able to create spell of idea, operating self-drive & willingness to learn undulating and carrying presence of mind combined with problem solving and quick decision making skills.
Must be good in English Coversation


Primary Roles(75% of the job): Data Entry, blogging, website content update, research on websites on any article given to you. I have few websites that needs some contents. I want someone to find related materials from other public website sources and put them in to my sites. This could be adding product images, product descriptions etc.

In a nutshell, I will be relying on you to handle some of the work from my USA business websites. Mostly, I will communicate with you via phone and email. Initially, I will give you 4/5 websites to update contents and information from other public websites and sources. Initially that will be the 75% of the job. I am looking for someone trustworthy so I can depend on my business needs.
