Service Foreman/Flat Roofing (Barrie)

This client is in need of a Service Foreman with a minimum of 5 years experience in construction, re roofing and repairs. Knowledge of conventional and inverted built up systems, modified roofing systems, single ply sheet membrane, tar and gravel and vinyl sheeting.
You will have experience troubleshooting and detecting leaks and heights and fall arrests.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a built up or single ply journeyman roofer and must be able to complete roofing projects within or below the estimated labour and material totals.
The ability to motivate others is a must! The successful candidate will have the desire to tackle new challenges on large high profile commercial flat roofing projects with experience working projects on commercial applications.
