Locations where we need representatives:

Barrie, Ontario

Assignment Description: We are looking for highly motivated pet enthusiasts to conduct assisted sale demonstrations to help convert pet parents to high quality natural pet foods. Product demonstrations will include fully explaining the benefits of the product and recommending the right formula based on the pet’s life style.

Dates/Times: Usually Saturdays 10am-2pm. 2-3 demos per month.

Compensation: $16 per hour for each 4-hour shift. In addition, paid training is provided.

Inventory/Warehouse Supervisor/Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities
▪ All activities associated with managing the inventory – ordering, receiving, returns, inventory counts
▪ Supervise warehouse employees, maintain a safe, organized and clean warehouse and showroom, etc.
▪ The design and development of marketing campaigns using specific computer software programs

The successful candidate must be a top performer and must demonstrate the following:

▪ Proven demonstration of workplace excellence shown by commitment to strong job performance and attendance
▪ Ability to take direction in a positive and receiving manner, understanding team concept and philosophy
▪ Ability to lift and move inventory up to 50 lbs
▪ Must function within the Health and Safety guidelines providing a safe and supportive environment for all employees in department
▪ Post-secondary diploma in Business/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent
▪ Inventory control knowledge and experience
▪ Ability to design and develop marketing campaigns
▪ Marketing promotion design and creation computer experience
▪ Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
▪ Ability to motivate, lead and supervise
▪ Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking abilities and communication skills
▪ Desirable: Familiar with Activant ERP
▪ Computer savvy! Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, and Adobe Publisher
