First through the fifth of the month:
Prepare ticket tie out reports for the Princeton Refinery, rail site, and Shoreline Pipeline Station and forward to respective suppliers.
Begin ticket reconciliations. Prepare rail car reconciliation, estimated rail cost report and in transit report.
Prepare Shoreline Pipeline System reconciliation.
Calculate current month natural gas acquisition prices and submit to senior management.
Prepare estimated crude cost reports and submit to accounting and management.
Sixth through the nineteenth of the month:
Receive, review, and reconcile supplier invoices for prior month crude receipts.
Prepare first purchaser crude reconciliations and respective revenue statements for lease operators.
Prepare actual crude cost reports and submit to accounting and management.
Prepare wire statements reconciliation, wire transfer requests with associated wire transfer memo and coordinate with accounting for actual payment.
Prepare preliminary forecasted schedule for upcoming month supply requirements.
Twentieth through the twenty-fifth of the month:
Schedule upcoming month crude supply requirements with suppliers.
Determine and submit natural gas requirement for the Princeton Refinery and submit nomination to gas supplier.
Review and reconcile Princeton Refinery's natural gas invoice for prior month receipts and submit to VP, Crude Supply for approval.
Twentieth through the end of the month:
Prepare upcoming month's forecasted crude costs and submit to management.
Review and reconcile supplier credit requirements for current and upcoming month's crude supply and assist treasury as needed to satisfy approved requirements.
Throughout the month as required:
Contract administration which includes updating approved lease data bases, prepare and/or review contracts and amendments for management approval, maintaining contract files, and updating crude cost workbooks effected by contracts and amendments.
Respond to Sarbane-Oxkley and financial auditor requests during their audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
