Position Title: Vice President Louisiana Operations

• Present to Board of Directors
• Manage all materials, budgets and fundraising proceeds accurately and with integrity.

• Proactively develop, design, implement and ensure highly effective fundraising, public relations and marketing activities including special events.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all contribution dollars from individuals, grants, corporations and foundations.
• Drive outstanding quality control, accuracy and timeliness of information reported internally and externally.
• Ensure effective relationships with all external and internal constituencies to promote and advocate ACCION.
• Support development and implementation of office policies and procedures as they relate to the activities of the organization.
• Provide support to internal and external auditors.
• Participate actively in forecast and budget processes.
• Ensure outstanding and consistent branding within organization.

Job Requirements: Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a management, supervisory and/or leadership capacity. This experience must contain responsibilities in administration, accounting, computer literacy and electronic communications. We are looking for a positive and effective communicator who can describe their background as a supportive, hands-on manager. The One Minute Manager leadership concept is a basic part of our training.

We desire GM's who have hands-on knowledge of computerized property management systems or similar software applications, competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, and an ability to budget and understand Profit and Loss Statements. Must be flexible to some travel for training, meetings, conventions and other business related meetings as required, plus be flexible to put in the time required to run a business that is open 24/7.
