I have a game used bat signed by Ivan Rodriquez. This bat was cracked during a game at Fairgrounds Field against the Captains. The bat was signed and given to me by Ivan himself. Ivan Rodriquez was playing with the Tulsa Drillers in 1991.
I am also willing to swap for a Brett Favre football jersey with sewn numbers and name, also containing the Lambaeu 50th anniversary patch. (The Jersey does not need to be signed, just in excellent condition).
This bat would be an excellent Christmas present for any baseball fan (The bat is inclosed in a plastic bat case).

More postcards are being added to the thousands of unusual, obscure and vintage postcards in Booth 201. The Shreveport postcard and Shreveport small ephemera section is busting at the seams with some neat items just not seen locally. Some vintage Mississippi and Texas postcards have been added as well as some postcards from other states. A couple of DISNEYLAND- 1950s versions of postcards have been added. Some WW2 Shreveport historic newspaper clips have been tucked in the Shreveport ephemera. Of course Booth 201 already has one of the largest collections of paper ephemera for paper hounds that you will find. Two BEAR BRYANT Books Added Booth 201 (River City Antqiue Mall- Shreveport LA)
TWO Bear Bryant books about the legendary coach at the University of Alabama have been added in Booth 201. Also, added were a couple of North Louisiana Histoical Journals and a Louisiana Historical Journal. If you like detailed accounts of history, either of these books would suit you. The 1962 GUSHER, C.E. Byrd High School yearbook has been added. This is one of the better Gushers with a well- designed format and LOTS of vintage 1960s Shreveport photos and some that are earlier. They used the older photos as headers for sections. The Shreveport ephemera is about to outgrow its place in the large metal postcard file there has been so much added. More will be added over the weekend. Booth 201 is a paper hound's heaven- loads of it to rummage through. Come prepared to stay awhile. Other dealers buy from Booth 201 and they know that the "diggig process" may take some time.

WW2 Clips- Ephemera- Texas Postcards Added in Booth 201 (River City Antique Mall- Shreveport La)
Some WW2 newpaper clips about soldiers from the Shreveport and east Texas area have been added in Booth 201. The surrender of Japan photos, Nazi upodates from 1945 and the inside stort news clips read by locals are being placed in Booth 201. Also, place in the ephemera section of the large metal postcard file, top shelf behind the Shreveport postcards are some local clips from 1945- wrecks, deaths, local happenings including one heart-warming story about a little boy looking for a lost dog on Carlton Street just a block from Claiborne School. Most clips are priced at 50 cents. Lots of Black historic memorabilia clips were placed in the second drawer on the right side of the large metal file under "Black Memorabilia" including one horrific murder of a WW2 soldier in the 1000 block of Texas Ave by his wife in 1945. Also placed in the second postcard file- the clear tub near the wall - were some Texas postcards. Most of these cards will be moving to the new dark gray postcard file near the wall very soon.

Worlds Fair collectables (Waskom) $100
Hi,
I have a small collection of various world's fair items. It would be a great starter collection for someone, and an asset to any existing collection.
1st Is a rare 1904 St. Louis World's fair Tiny hand mirror. It is only 4" tall x 2" wide. I am not sure if it is pure silver, but it is definitely silver plate. The very ornate back is in perfect condition, but the bottom of the handle on the mirror side has some indentations. I have no idea how it happened, but the mirror is really detailed and beautiful.
2nd Is an unusual item from the 1934 Chicago world's fair. It is called, "The Wonder Book of good meals, World's fair edition" by the Wonder Bakery company. It is full of recipes like Pilgrim pies, Bridge loaf, and Wonder meat pie. It talks about Hostess Cakes and the Wonder bread company. It is in perfect condition.
3rd Is from the 1962 Seattle World's fair. The demi cup and saucer is in perfect condition. The front has the Seattle space needle.
4th Also from the 1962 Seattle World's fair is a small 4" decorative plate with a hanging string on the back. The CSC Japan maker’s sticker is still in place on the backside.
5th Is a small tin plate from the 1964/65 New York World's fair. The back talks about the Unisphere, and was presented by United States Steel. It has some ware.
6th and 7th are from the 1982 Tennessee World's fair. One is a small pocketknife. The ivory colored front and back of the knife appears to be made of bakelite. The knife is in good repair, but the metal parts show some ware. I have not tried to do any cleaning to the knife. The top of the original plastic holder is cracked.
Second is a Seattle license plate that is in the original packaging. The packaging is not in the greatest shape, but the plate is ok.
