Did it even occur to you that maybe they can't take the dog along because of housing regulations? As much as you wish it, it is not a baby...it's a dog. I especially like the way you began your post. "Why can't you take this baby with you?" and then ...you proceed to tell her in an accusatory fashion, the answer! Might you have waited to hear the response that SHE DOESN'T OWE YOU before you become Judge, and Jury? But, by all means you must be right, considering you don't know this family, or their situation! To accuse someone of "your" feelings on the situation is judgemental and rude! She was not asking you for your opinion or permission! If you arn't wanting this dog, then you shouldn't mind her business! People deal with real life struggles like job loss, divorce, cancer, death of family member, depression, financial difficulties, and the list goes on. This is THEIR private family matter...and YOU don't get a vote! You were out of line and need to think before you speak! What is wrong with some people? You might wanna ask yourself that question!

Cat in Need of Good Home (Shreveport)

A very light orange tabby cat with its head, feet, and tail being a little bit more distinct in coloring (almost like a siamese, but orange) was found in Central Bossier a few weeks ago. Its owner, if it had one, hasn't been located. It is a very very sweet cat!! I believe it is a female. It does not mind my other cat at all and is very loving. Meet Mya and Mini. These two girls are really bonded. They get crated together, sleep right next to each other at night and play very well together. Mean kitty needs understanding home... (Shreveport - Broadmoor)

Cat needs home!

Tortoise-shell calico named Wookiee needs a good home. She is about 11 years old, in good health, spayed, and current on shots. She prefers to be indoors, but also likes to go outside. She doesn’t jump up on things very much, but she does like to climb furniture.

She likes company, but is slow to warm up to people. She likes her distance, and is kind of cranky most of the time. She’s not very good with kids and will scratch if irritated (although she warns with a growl first). You can pet her on the head and back after you build up some trust, but I don’t know of anybody who ever rubbed her belly. Honestly, she is not a sweet-heart, but most people seem intrigued by her anti-social antics.

She mostly sleeps all day, and likes to eat.

I love her to death and am desperate to find her a home. I got her a few years ago when I was a bachelor, and now I’m married with a four month old baby.

I have to let her go because she keeps crapping in the baby’s room. She IS litter box trained, and uses her litterbox. I don't know why she sometimes craps in the baby's room, but it has happened three times in the last month and if I don't find her a home, my wife will murder her.

I’ll throw in food, Revolution, litter box and anything else I can think of. She's a great, low maintenance bachelor cat.

Brand New Medium Size Dog Crate (Bossier City)

I have a brand new crate I had bought last year and never used. It has been in my trunk the whole time. It is a medium size with slide out tray and a cushion. It has 2 doors, one on the side and one on the end and a partition so that you can convert it into a crate for 2 pets. I paid a little over 100.00 for it and I am asking 50.00 cash, firm on price. As you can see in the pic below, the cage is in excellent condition and with the partition in, each pet would have its own door. The demensions are:
Length 30 1/2 in
width 21 in
height 24 in

This is not large enough for a lab (unless lab on small side). More so for a medium size or 2 small pets. More pics avail upon request.

Looking for a sitter (Haughton)

Hi, my husband and I are looking for an occassional sitter to come to our home and watch our two kids so we can have a night out sometimes. We usually just want to go to dinner and a movie or shopping, etc. Just a few hours. We have a 2 year old daughter and a 1 year old son. We wouldn't mind bringing them to your house, but our kids are not very used to being away from home or mommy. They get over it quicker when they get to stay at home so that is what we prefer. What an idiot you are for harrassing someone trying to do a good deed! One can provide pics of the dog with his family, how the dog responds, and perhaps something specific about the dog(spots on belly, fur, etc), or maybe a trick the dog can do. There are many other determining facts than simply stating what the dog looks like. I think this person did the post perfectly by placing a picture. You really should find something better to do with your time like volunteer at the shelter or something where you can see that just because a dog may look very much like another, it doesnt mean they are exactly the same.

2 Jack Russel/Blacklab puppies need a new home. I cannot provide enough space for them to play and get plenty of exercise for them. Both are females.
