OPEN CALL - ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS WANTED for: Marshall Alternative Artists Co-op "MARSHALL UNDERGROUND" exhibition and concert.

Artwork!

Painting, drawing, perforance art, sculptures, photography and writing
inspired by local independent artists that are: original, abstract to mind-bending, serious to fun.

Work-in-progress is encouraged.

ARTWORK to be sent electronically in the following format :

• Completed submission form with artist contact information

• High resolution .jpeg (at least 300 dpi) of piece (front-view)

November 21th: All submissions due electronically.
November 23: Accepted artists notified.
December 1: All accepted artwork delivered to Storefront.
DECEMBER 5: Marshall Underground Art Exhibition and Concert featuring Seryn at 7 p.m.

Performance Artists Wanted (Marshall, TX)

The Marshall Alternative Art Coop has great underground art show/concert happening in Marshall on Dec. 5th and are looking for some performance artists to be out on the street during the art exhibit. If you, your kids, or anyone you know you would like to contribute your time and talent for tips and split whatever donations we receive please let me know. Looking for: human statues, fortune tellers, street magic, improv, etc... Please think about volunteering your time, pass it on, and at the very least come out and enjoy a great time.

We're also looking for people to help with promos the weekend and night before at the Marshall Wonderland of Lights. Need more human statues and ladies willing to dress up like lunatic roler derby girls to skate around WoL and pass out fliers. We're willing to help with costumes and make up as much as possible.
